This place is more a hostel than a real apartment, with three rooms to rent. Therefore it feels very impersonal. For me it's not as welcoming as it looks on the pictures.
Pros : the apartment is huge, full of light, very quiet, the room is big and there is a nice terrace. There is a lift, which is convenient for luggage! The location is great (Urgell station, next to University, and ten minutes walk to El Raval)
Cons : the bed was not comfortable (you can feel the springs), the common bathroom and kitchen were not very clean, and toilet paper is not included :)
Overall, for the price it was OK, and for one or two nights no problem, but I wouldn't have stayed longer.
Alessandro made me feel very welcome in his apartment. The listing description was very much accurate. The rooms are huge compare to Barcelona standards. Plus, being in the Eixample neighborhood is a plus as all the popular bars are from walking distance. The metro is very close to the apartment as well!
Realy nice and quiet place! Located at Gran Via very centrical for sightseeing and nightlife and the room quiet with all nessesaries and a realy good and confortable bed.
Alejandro is realy nice and helpfull and taking care about this guests.
A pleasure to be there.
It has a very nice location, near the metro station, in the city center, easy to reach other places. The environment is good, quiet and calm. The terrace is very nice! It worth the prize.
Everything was perfect, from location to the clean and tidy room. We had everything we needed, even though we did not spend much time at the apartment, we felt comfortable. Metro station is really close, but in the end we did not use it, as everything is just around. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
The apartment was big and full of light. It was a pleasant stay! It was the perfect location in the centre of BCN!
