Beautiful bright studio apartment located in very quiet and safe street of Prague 2 Vinohrady. Apartment is in newly reconstructed building with elevator - Residence Elema. Studio has a double bed, night stands, big wardrobes and working desk. The kitchenette with dining table is modern, equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and all kitchen utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a shower, soap, hairdryer, toilet. Available is also Wifi connection, blankets and bed linen, towels. Our cleaning staff can wash and iron your clothes for a low charge. The whole building is no-smoking but on the ground floor there is a beautiful common terrace with seating area which is open for smokers and non smokers to enjoy.
Accessibility is excellent there are 2 metro stations nearby - I.P.Pavlova and Namesti Miru. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes either by metro or tram or you can walk to the Wenceslas square which is approximately 15 minutes away. In this neighborhood you will find everything you need, restaurants, cafes, bars, small shops and just 5 minutes away near I.P.Pavlova there is a farmers market on Tuesday through Friday. If you want to escape the rush capital you can spend your time in one of the nearby parks Grébovka or Riegrovy sady. The area is perfect for romantic walk in the evening too. We can recommend a music club Radost which is the oldest club in Prague or Retro Music bar which in 10 minutes walking distance.
Nearby interesting touristic places are Náměstí Míru, old castle of Vyšehrad (just 1 metro station away) or Wenceslas square with a National Museum.

The Residence Elema was completely reconstructed and rebuilt during years 2007 – 2010. It was designed for staying that would suit to both visitors who came to Prague for just a short period as tourists or for business and also to those planning to live in Prague for a longer period, providing accommodation that is modern in style and offers maximum comfort.
The Residence Elema is situated close to the city centre, in the “Vinohrady” district, one of the most attractive localities in Prague. Transportation access – it is only 5 minutes walk from subway Namesti Miru or I.P.Pavlova that takes you quickly all over Prague.
Residence Elema is close, within walking distance to tourist attractions. It is very popular and safe neighborhood. It is 15 minutes walking from Wenceslas Square which is the most attractive part of center of the city. Very close there are a lot of inexpensive and nice restaurants, bars and shops.
There are spacious apartments situated on the ground to 5th floor. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests at a time.
