The Space

This is a HUGE modern contemporary minimalist studio approx 10 meters x 8 meters with a double bed, wonderful linens, towels and modern twin rain showers in a jungle view bathroom.

The studio has a white leather sofa, wifi, cable, smart TV with a database full of 100's of movies, music for your entertainment and a pool table.

The kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster and juicer just to make small snacks, morning fruit juices, soups and cocktail drinks. Visit the fruit/veg market just 120 meters from the house.

The 5 meter curved bay window affords you a wonderful ocean and garden view.

Within walking distance there's the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, convenience stores and a fresh fish, fruit, flowers and Thai food traditional market on the doorstep.

It is very easy to get around to the other better beaches with the many public buses, taxis or just hire a car or motorbike. The busier beaches like Chaweng are just 10 minutes away.

Guest Access

Please note the ceiling beams in the studio are 5 ft 9 approx and so the space is more suited to smaller guests.
Studio guest do not have access to the main house on the upper 3 floors.

Interaction with Guests

I am very happy to welcome the guests into the home and give a thorough breakdown of whats on offer on the island as well as pointing out the best places to eat and drink. I'm happy to arrange trips and transport and will always be available to help the guests at anytime, ensuring the best possible holiday experience.

The Neighborhood

The area is one of the most sought after, exclusive and affluent spots on the island favored highly by local expats living here due to it's proximity to everything and yet quiet and quaint village feel.
Within 150 meters, there are some lovely quiet bars, restaurants, cafe's, 7-11 convenience stores as well as a typical Thai style fresh fish, meat, flowers, fruit and food market open ever day.
Bangrak and Big Buddha beaches are just 5 minutes walk. Fisherman's Village and Cheong Mon beaches are just 7 minutes by taxi and Chaweng beach about 12 minutes.

Getting Around

There is a myriad of public transport right on the doorstep and I'd be more than happy to arrange car or motorbike hire for your stay if required.

Electricity is chargeable at cost on departure.

To keep the daily rental price down, we do not include the electric. As we have guests who leave the aircon on all day and others happy to use the fans only, it is only fair that this should be a direct cost per guest.

The electric in Thailand is not expensive anyway and will be explained to you by Graham on arrival.
