Le Case di Rosie is a charming retreat in a historic Tuscan borgo in Pian di Molino, surrounded by mountains and rolling countryside. It offers beautiful views, real authentic Tuscan setting.

The restored houses combine traditional character with modern comfort. There is plenty of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors and swimming pool

shops/bars are just 1.5 km away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience. Ideally located between the mountains and the sea.

The space
This house features a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, including a microwave and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, providing extra sleeping space. The house offers a large bathroom with a bidet, as well as a smaller bathroom on the ground floor.
Two staircases connect the different levels, and at the top you’ll find a cozy small attic with a sofa a perfect spot to relax.
You can also enjoy your own private balcony with beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding mountains.
