This sunny designer loft has 1700 sq ft of space, 18' ceilings, and a great layout for socializing with guests.
Located on Potrero Hill near the Mission district this sunny designer loft has 1700 sq ft of space, 18' ceilings, and a great layout for socializing with guests. Super easy access to all the freeways leading into and out of SF make this a great place to use as a base while visiting the city. South facing, ceiling high windows provide sunshine from morning till dusk, with a great view of the famous San Francisco fog rolling in over the hills.
Downstairs consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, living space and study area. These connect to an expansive deck outside with a view of the bay to one side and Noe Valley on the other. A barbeque and custom built furniture provide a comfortable place to hang out with a glass of wine while cooking dinner.
Upstairs consists of a 500 sq. ft living area, a bedroom with a new cali-king sized bed, walk-in and ensuite bathroom. High speed internet, washer + dryer are included. A wireless surround sound system plugs into ipads/phones/computers.
As it's on a slight hill, I recommend hiring a car for the time you are here, or you can use the bus that stops 2 minutes walk away. Street parking is very close by, always available spaces too.
I do have a roommate but his room is right at the back of the building, so the place feels self-contained and to yourselves. He's also frequently at his girlfriends else totally absorbed developing apps on his computer. The layout is such that you'll probably never see him, although I'm sure he'd like to say hi :)
This is the kind of place that takes people's breath away when they walk in. The light, color and view make this a special place to relax after enjoying the city. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.
Coffee and Tea. Cooking facilities. Kitchen appliances. Washer and Dryer. Outdoor deck with breakfast table. Wireless sound system - throughout upstairs and down. High speed Internet. The freeways for getting into the city and south to the airport (15 mins drive) and beyond.
I won't be around, although I have a roommate who may be - although you'll probably never see him. (He's usually at work or his girlfriends)
Bus stop just outside the door.
We loved staying in Graham's loft space. It is spacious and exquisitely decorated with a fascinating library to boot. He answered any questions we might have had.
Gorgeous place! Perfect for a rainy (or gorgeous) weekend in: We had a blast cooking together, lounging in the living room, and eating brunch on the patio (which was sunny while most of San Francisco was covered in fog). For a one-bedroom place, this baby's got tons of public space on the main floor, and a second sitting area on the second floor. The place is very quiet (we couldn't hear any of the neighbors at all). The bed is also super comfy. It was very easy to find street parking close by. As a bonus, I left with lots of garden and interior design inspiration.
Graham was such a pleasure to work with and his beautiful designer loft was even more incredible than the pictures!
I rented the loft for the day for my sister's bridal shower and the space could not have been more perfect.
Clean, bright, and very inviting! Wish we could have stayed longer!
Thank you Graham for sharing your beautiful home with us!
Great apartment if you are looking to get away and relax. Its on a very quiet street and in a quiet part of the city. great sitting area and enough books to keep you occupied for years. Only downside is there is no internet access. Other than that, great place.
Graham's place was amazing. So relaxing to come home to a place like his. Beats the hell out of any hotel room at any price. I will try and stay whenever I'm in San Francisco.
Graham's loft is amazing. Super stylish, colorful, warm, and has an interesting view of the city. The patio is a great place to sit out and have a meal or a drink. It's just a short drive to potrero and mission restaurants. Parking was also easy to find throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Graham again.
This is probably the best value you can get for a stunning place to stay while in San Francisco. The pictures only allude to the aesthetic beauty of the place and the location is great for public transit and walking.
I booked Graham's place for a colleague, and Graham was very communicative throughout the process. In my colleague's words: What an amazing place! It's lovely inside and very inviting. Clean and very spacious. The place has two levels with lounge room / kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Its a short walk to the bus stop. The place is situated on top of a hill and you can sit outside on the verandah. Although he was away, Graham left written instructions and had a friend drop by to organise things and show me around. Recommended!
