The space
Homecrest cabinets come with rollouts & many extras! The kitchen features modern push-up / pull-down BLINDS, a large center ISLAND, HI-DEF countertops, a vaulted ceiling.The island has RECESSED LIGHTING. COFFEE AREA next to the fridge! All appliances are Whirlpool & there is a GAS RANGE. INSIDE laundry room just off the kitchen with a utility sink & entrance to the garage. Master bedroom (king bed) features a tray ceiling with fan & an OVERSIZED WALK-IN closet. Attached is the en-suite with double sinks, HI-DEF countertops, GLASS/TILE shower with Venetian bronze faucets & bench seat, EXTRA CABINETS & a separate commode. Enjoy the comfortable guest bedroom (queen bed) with the guest bath just a few feet away. DOUBLE PANED / tinted, ENERY EFFICIENT, 130 mph windproof windows. A 2-CAR GARAGE and TANKLESS water heater. Flooring is LAMINATE throughout the main areas with carpet in the bedrooms & living room. There is UPGRADED lighting throughout, a WHOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR.
