Large windows with blinds in the living room and bedrooms allow you to let as much light (or as little) as you'd like.
Eclectic furnishings. Main entry off the kitchen via the wooden deck.
Five ceiling fans plus Central Air/Heat.
The bedrooms are located at one end of the house, away from the living area and kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, a ceiling fan, a dresser and two windows. One bedroom has a stackable washer/dryer in the closet so storage is somewhat limited.

Very centrally located to Gulfport, St Pete Beach and downtown St Petersburg, with Tampa's activities just 15 minutes further.
Tyn & Marty's is walking distance to the excellent shops and restaurants and only a few minutes from a marina, nature park, fishing pier, library, theater, dolphin-watching cruises, golf, the beach and more!
Pillows, towels and linens are provided as are kitchen basics.
Keypad entry on the front door. Everything you need and nothing you don't! Public transportation nearby.
Easy entry to Pinellas Bike Trail and very walkable neighborhood. Tennis courts and dog park several blocks away.
Other useful information:
The closest beach is a five-minute walk away. The house is located in the Waterfront District and you have two parking spaces off the street. No worries about parking during special events such as 4th of July Fireworks which you'll be able to watch from the comfort of the front yard. A car isn't required but it is recommended.
Connie & Marty's has free wireless Internet access.
Linens are included - bath and kitchen towels and sheets.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Must be over 1 year old, housebroken, not extremely large and not aggressive personalities. All pets are subject to prior approval.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood.

Guests have access to the entire house.

Fantastically funky artsy beach neighborhood, perfect for walking, biking and enjoying excellent restaurants. Walk to the beach, to the Gulfport Casino, waterfront restaurants, Gulfport's quirky shops, the library and the theater. Excellent restaurants for all tastes and budgets, some earning "best of the bay" awards. Live music many nights of the week.
Yes, although a car is recommended to be able to conveniently get to all the fabulous tourist sites.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TIME-SENSITIVE REQUESTS VIA THE AIRBNB INTERFACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
We now have Glad To Have You, a guest portal that provides detailed rental logistics prior to your trip. Get all the details such as WiFi passwords, check-in and out info, instructions for AV equipment and nearby activities.
Gulfport does not have curbside recycling of glass, so please do not place it in any of the recycle containers. There is a place you can take it about a mile from the house, but you are under no obligation to do so. If you don't want to take glass to the disposal site, please just place it in the regular trash.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
You will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to arrival with your code and other information about your arrival and the home!
PETS - PETS are permitted in the property only with prior approval and payment of additional fees.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed and must be arranged for, and paid, in advance. Any guests in excess of the maximum number of guests specified above, for any reason or for any length of time, MUST have our written permission. Having parties in our home or anywhere else on the property is forbidden. No RVs or campers may be used anywhere on the property. Violation of this provision will cause forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
