Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg!
Enjoy the peace and quiet of your private deck overlooking the lush forest & seasonal creek!
Cozy deck with sitting area, outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ & fire pit!
Comfy space inside w/queen memory foam bed, futon loveseat, TV, Wi-Fi, full bath, fireplace, coffee bar & fridge!

The space
Our property is a beautiful 10 acre forest across the street from Watts Bar Lake!
We created awesome hiking/nature trails with hammocks and benches to enjoy the forest and nature!

The Treehouses have been built using some re-purposed materials, vintage items and cool natural pieces found on the property!
Enjoy the hiking trails and nature outdoors, or just hang out in the Hammock and let the world go by.

We do have neighbors, so please respect the property lines which are clearly marked with flags, posts, string, purple spray paint and signs.

We are sorry, but NO pets or children under 12yrs are allowed. You will be asked to leave if you arrive with them due to heights, steep inclines, nature and safety!

Guest access
You will have access to your own private treehouse, nature trails on the 10 acres. TVA lowers the lake water level every year around October.

Other things to note
This is the forest, so bring bug spray, hiking and water shoes. There is plenty of wildlife to see, Squirrel, Flying Squirrel, Raccoon, Possum, Skunk, Polecat, Snakes, Lizard, Turtles, Fish, Bat, Deer, Rabbits, Fox, Ground Hog, Armadillo, Fox, Woodchuck, Beaver, lots of different kinds of birds, as well as hummingbird, lots of waterfowl, so binoculars are a good choice for nature watching. You might even catch a glimpse of the local Bald Eagles, Falcons, Hawks, Owls, Turkey, Vulture and Osprey who nest nearby!

The Holly GroveTreehouse was built using new and repurposed materials, is situated near a small grove of Holly Trees and is attached to beautiful Hickory and Chestnut!

The Squirrels Nest Treehouse was built using new and some repurposed materials and is attached to Hickory and Red Oak trees!

In the Fall Season, the flying squirrels sometimes will knock a couple nuts off onto the treehouse roof so don't be surprised.

Guests will need to be able to climb stair/ladder/steep inclines to access upstairs living areas and hiking trails!

We are sorry no pets or kids under 12 yrs are allowed.

The driveway is steep, so get a run at it or use 4wd!

TVA usually lowers the lake levels after October, so access is limited. Please see host for details.

Please be careful with fire as we are in the forest! We do supply a fire pit, firewood and starter. Camp fires not permitted on windy or dry days.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is casual with a family vibe and a mixture of private residences and vacation homes located on the lake. Lots of friendly folks walk in the morning and spend time on the lake during the day.
Host live on site and we do have Neighbors on all sides of our property, so please be respectful of their space.
(property lines are marked with pink or blue flags, signs and string.)
There is also lots of wildlife here, so please enjoy and give them space as well.
Restaurants and convenience store, ice, bait, and gas are nearby ( within 3 miles), with larger grocery stores and fast food/restaurants in Spring City, (only 9 miles), Rockwood or Dayton, Walmart super centers, (20 miles).
