Bring the whole group to this spacious four-bedroom Ellenville home with seven beds—one king, two queens and four full beds—plus 2.5 bathrooms and room for up to eight guests. Gather around the fireplace, sip coffee on the screened porch, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the large lawn, patio, grill, firepit and outdoor dining. Walk to village shops and restaurants, with Sam’s Point and Minnewaska an easy drive away. Guests receive a complimentary wine tasting at Aroma Thyme Bistro.

The space
17 Westwood is a spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home designed for families and groups of up to eight guests.

The main floor features a private king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, four additional counter seats and a half bathroom. The screened porch offers a quiet space for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms: one with two queen beds and two bedrooms with two full beds each, plus another full bathroom. Altogether, the home provides seven real beds—no sofa beds required.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large lawn, patio, grill, outdoor dining area and firepit. The home also includes a workout area with a treadmill, stationary bike, yoga mat and free weights, along with convenient onsite parking.

I have a passion for wine and spirits, and have trained at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, as well as conducted wine tours to Italy, Spain, New York, and Mexico. My wife Jamie and I have been featured in numerous publications, including the New York Times and Huffington Post, and have received numerous awards for our commitment to sustainability and real food.
