Lawrence greeted me and helped me find the place ( Maps was off), took the time to give some background of Brattleboro and some good locations for dinner & drinks, along with insight on places to hike. The studio was very clean, cozy, and quaint. It's close enough to the main road that goes into town that access was easy. Very close knit community up there and I'm glad I stayed at Lawrence and Eva's studio.

This place was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer (only stayed one night). Met every need that we had. Host was attentive before arriving via text, making sure that everything was set up before we arrived. highly recommended. very close to the center of town and only a few minutes away from all the hiking paths that we got to enjoy.

This place is quaint and beautiful, with a feeling of home immediately upon arriving. A wonderful location if you have time to sit around the rental property, in the gorgeous backyard among tall trees and a backyard garden. The river bubbles and the leaves blow in the wind while you relax in adirondack chairs in a beautiful part of a beautiful state. If you choose, staying here can be a big part of the day, cooking a meal and just relaxing in the backyard. I was quickly in and out so I didn't need much, nor get to truly enjoy the beauty of the place, but Lawrence and Eva were great at providing information for me and making everything run smoothly.

We absolutely loved our stay with Lawrence and Eva. Lawrence provided excellent directions to and instructions for getting to the studio, which was very helpful as we arrived quite late and the area is a bit dark and windy! The studio has everything you need in there and we loved the beautiful decor and warmth of the space. We found that there was more than enough room for two people and the location is ideal - peaceful and quiet yet a short drive from downtown Brattleboro. Lawrence and Eva clearly put a lot of love and care into this home and being able to walk around their gorgeous garden in the morning was really the cherry on top of an already lovely airbnb experience! Thank you, Lawrence and Eva, for your warmth and hospitality!

This is a lovely space. Lawrence and Eva have paid attention to detail with regards to the beauty of the space and the furnishings. There was a sign on the door welcoming us and Lawrence greeted us soon after we arrived making us welcome, and being certain we knew all about the studio, including the outside light to leave on at night. Lawrence also made sure we knew how to reach him if needed during our stay. We recommend this place to others. The location is close to I -91, and to downtown Brattleboro yet it feels like you are in the country.
