I absolutely loved my visit to Rome. Gaia's place felt familiar and we were very comfortable there. It's a spacious flat on the fourth floor decorated in a bohemian style with a lot of artwork and books. The room is large and bright with a small balcony. Gaia gave us some great advice on where to eat and which tourist traps to avoid. The neighbourhood was nice and the apartment conveniently located 2 min walking distance from the tram line 8 that takes you up towards the more busy part of Trastevere and across the Tiber all the way up to the Pantheon.
Thank you Gaia for this positive experience!
Todo muy bien, Gaia nos dejo el departamento porque salio unos días. Nos sentimos muy comodos.
She was very kind because we arrived before the time of the check in and she still helped us and made everything possible to be on the time we were arriving allowing us to leave or bags and go around the city. The location of the apartment is great because, although it isn’t in the touristy centre, is very near to Trastevere and everything can be comfortably reached with public transportation. Regarding the other aspects what you see is what you get: a decent room, shared bathroom with her and Italian breakfast the first day.
Gaia's room is was the biggest one we had in our entire European holiday. We liked how cosy a home it was and always looked forward to coming back after a long day visiting attractions.
Speaking of that, her apartment is well situated in the city (the charming Trastevere) and just beside a tram station. The tram will pretty much take you to most of the important tourist attractions in Rome within 5-10 minutes. If you are ever lost, just hop onto a cab and the driver will almost be able to take you home without too much directions and finger-pointing.
If you are an animal lover, you will enjoy the experience of being greeted by Poldo (her friendly dog) and, if you are lucky enough, Popoki (the shy cat). We are both animal lovers and enjoyed the company of Gaia's pets.
Superb location and great friendly host, Gaia. Cheerful dog Poldo, lost of sunshine and amazing city. Great stay for a week in Rome. It's not 5-star hotel, obviously, and with proper expectation management and reality check (price!) you'll have a great stay.
Gaia was such an amazing host. I arrived so much later then the promised time but she was still so patient and caring. Her room is very clean and comfortable! Thank you Gaia for being so amazing.
A wonderful stay in Roma, a really nice, peaceful and practical place to stay!!
We had such a good trip, moreover Gaia is absolutely adorable! It was our first time using Airbnb and we were so glad for giving it a try! Pretty happy and satisfied!

Gaia is a very nice woman. The location of the apartment is good, near the tram to the Piazza Venezia. Unfortunately, we did not like our stay in the appartment.
We stayed in the boys bedroom. We had the idea the son just had left his room.We found it cheerless. There was even no running water in the room.We had to use the bathroom of the family. Often this was long occupied by the daughter or her friends who were taking baths. Also we could not use the kitchen because the family and/or friends were there. In addition, it was pressure in house. The daughter and her friends were very (website hidden)'s an old apartment. The doors did not locks well. Once we came back and found the door open. The dog had eaten our coockies. We were not at our convenience.
