Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy, except for the storage and staff areas. Only registered guests, as specified in the booking, are permitted to stay at the villa.

A Guest Relations Officer is available via an online messaging app to ensure your stay is seamless. For simple inquiries, you can also reach out to our onsite cleaning staff when they are present and carrying out their duties.

#Check-in Time and Process:
--> Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process.
--> Our team will request a copy of your ID during check-in.
#Check-Out Procedures:
--> Our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM on your departure date. Please adhere to this schedule to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next guest. Our Guest Relations Officer will reach out to confirm your check-out time one day in advance.
--> Early Check-out
If you plan to check out earlier than the standard time, kindly notify our Guest Relations Officer at least one day in advance.
--> Late Check-out
Late check-out extensions until 6:00 PM are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of 50% of the nightly villa rate and check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged the full nightly villa rate.
--> Villa Inspection:
One hour prior to your departure, our staff will conduct a villa inspection.
Any damages to equipment, furniture, or villa facilities caused by guests will result in a compensation fee.
