The space
The property is exceptionally private and truly one-of-a-kind—ideal for large group getaways, family retreats, and small events for an unforgettable riverfront experience.

You'll have private access to over 400 feet of Eel River frontage, including your own exclusive beach area for swimming, lounging, and enjoying the river. We’ve also created a riverfront gathering space complete with a fire pit, picnic benches, and lawn games—perfect for spending the day by the water with family and friends.

One of the things we love most about this property is how connected it feels to nature. Deer are frequent visitors, wild turkeys often wander through, and the peaceful surroundings make it easy to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy the surroundings!

🏕️ CAMPING IS AVAILABLE! We have a beautiful 1 Acre riverside camping space. If your group is larger than 17, Please message us for details and pricing for additional guests to include camping!

Guest access
* You’ll have full exclusive access to the entire property (10 Acres), including both homes and private beach. Each house comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with the use of twin rollaway beds, plus an additional twin floor bed in the Main House—allowing accommodations for up to 15 guests total.

*For larger groups or adventurous stays, guests are also welcome to set up tents and camp near the river (please note there are currently no bathroom facilities in the camping area). Just send me a message for details and guidelines.

* This is a rural setting, so please be cautious of the steep hillside and poison oak in some areas.

Parking
:
The gated property has keypad access for two homes on the property. The driveway is steep—enter and exit with care. You’ll have 4 designated parking spots for the Main home and 3 spots at the Cabin.

* The house sits on the Avenue of the Giants, so some traffic noise from HWY 101 may echo through the valley.

* For everyone’s safety, guests will be asked to review and agree to our Release of Liability Terms when booking, as the property includes private river access for swimming, kayaking, and more.
