Guest access
The studio is accessed via a private entrance with private lock. While your studio is private, you may see or interact with other guests in the home's hallways, common areas, and outside the property, such as on the porch and in the gazebo, and in shared parking.
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at any time, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. We will do our best to meet your travel plans.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed in advance. A $50 PER PET fee is required.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area, and we kindly ask that you respect the community, the environment, and your neighbors. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm - 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Free parking is available in the driveway; guests should only park in the designated parking spots. See the parking instructions for more information. Please inquire for RV and trailer parking. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee will apply.
We provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning detergents, to get you started but if you’re planning on an extended stay or staying with a larger group, we recommend picking up what you need for the duration of your stay. Refills and replenishment of toiletries is not included. We can provide restocking, but an additional fee may apply. Reach out to inquire.
In the warmer months, the farm is a fully operating area attraction and other families with children may be on the property taking part in activities. This is a farmside property inside a private gated community. Guests are not to approach the animals or enter their enclosures without the host's explicit permission. Experiences may be available for an additional fee and must be booked and confirmed 48 hours in advance. Availability may vary and cannot always be guaranteed. There are also maintenance vehicles and sheds on property which are off-limits.
The lake on the farm is a water reservoir and is only available for viewing. No swimming is allowed. Due to school and children’s groups visiting the farm, sun bathing is prohibited. Guests are encouraged to sit lakeside and enjoy the view.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees and will be billed to the guests.
All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit.
