Lovely duplex with retro-chic comfort. It features a kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals and delicious breakfasts, a high-quality queen-size bed (180cm), and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
Just minutes away from the bike path, the river for swimming, and mountain trails, this elegant studio is the ideal base for peaceful mornings, outdoor adventures, and absolute tranquility.

The space
We are located in the gentle Jaur valley of nature reserve Haut-Languedoc.
Tucked into the quiet hamlet of Ardouane, where mountain air meets mid-century flair.
Here, the rhythm slows: mornings begin with birdsong and light across the hills, evenings end by the fire or under the stars.
Excellent for cyclists and walkers, the Voie Verte / Passa Païs greenway passes right by Ardouane.
Lac de Vésoles is easy to reach, with a nice 6–7 km walking loop around it.
More active walks: Gorges d'Héric, Mille Marches, Caroux‑Éspinouse massif.
The rivers Orb and Jaur are within easy reach.
Some of France’s most beautiful classified villages, with their charming shops and restaurants, are within an hour’s drive. The Mediterranean Sea is just 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.
Guest access
The studio is next to our Funky Barn but with its separate entrance.
Parking is free in the village and guests can park next to the church.

Bed linens and a light cleaning is included in the fee. We rely on our guests to dispose their garbage in the village's containers and leave the space tidy including bathroom, kitchen appliances and toilet.
