Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • a very nicely furnished and cozy apartment.
    good and quiet location.
some kitchen appliances could be cleaner.

unfortunately there is no dining table and chairs, as shown on the pictures.
at minus temperatures it pulls uncomfortably cold in the living room by the window.

  • Never again! No information that a dog lives in the flat, it was dirty, disgusting and untidy. Two windows could not be shut because of the positioning of the air condition, there was a pasted board to avoid the wind coming in, we had to heat against frosty temperatures. The breakfast table showed in the advertising pictures was removed we had no opportunity to sit at a table and have a short meal. No place in the closets we lived out of our luggage. The house's flair was of excremental smell of other animals living nearby......unexpressibly!

  • It was a great way for my big family to have a New York experience.
The appartement is in a nice and quiet neigbourhood and the location is pretty good. The appartement was very true to the pictures. The hosts gave us some good tips on where to eat and drink. They also thought about little practical things that we apprieciated.

  • We had an amazing time staying in this apartment. Exactly what we were looking for, perfect for 4persons. Next to the subway 6 and central park. The only problem was the fact it was on the 5ft floor without elevator (difficult with heavy luggages) but the apartment was clean and in a nice area. Diana and ryan were extremly nice helping us if we had any questions. We hope that we will come back soon

  • great neighbourhood, nicely decorated apartment.

  • Diana and Ryan are great hosts. They have a beautiful apartment in a great location on the upper east side. We enjoyed our time there very much and found the accommodations both attractive and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  • We stayed at Diane's apartment for 4 nights, and it was everything that we hoped it would be - stylish, clean, homely and in a perfect location. So close to the subway and in a great neighbourhood. Thanks Diane!

  • What can I say?! We had the most amazing time in New York. The apartment was the icing on the cake. Perfectly located on the Upper East Side, not far from the subway on 77/Lexington. The area was fabulous and really quiet in the evenings, but close enough to the action! We loved everything about it and Diana was an excellent & thoughtful host. We shall be stating here when we return!!

Ps - we really recommend the Barking Dog on the corner of 77th/York. We went there everyday - the breakfast burrito is to die for!

  • We had a fabulous time staying at Diana's apartment! I really appreciated her prompt communication with me prior, and even during, our stay in New York. Having never booked through airbnb before, she helped me feel very comfortable with the process!
The apartment was clean, beautiful, quiet, fully stocked kitchen, great location. My only complaint would be that the pull out bed in the living room had a mattress that didn't lie flat. The headboard side slanted way down. Our two 20-something sons that were sleeping on it just put their heads on the alternate end of the mattress, but it wasn't very comfortable. But hey...pull out beds usually aren't! But that certainly didn't outweigh all the great things about this place. I would stay there again, but maybe with 4 people rather than 6. Thanks Diana for everything!

  • It was a nice stay at this price. There was dog smell in the house as well as dog hair. I would have given 3 or 4 out of 5. However I ordered a small headphone from Amazon that went into post box that I don't have the key. I couldn't get it during my stay. Diana asked me where to forward the package and I gave her my brother's address in USA. To cut it short, she finally decided to keep it to herself. This is not a proper behaviour.
