  • It was such a pleasure staying with Delia who was simply delightful, gracious and welcoming. Our room (and especially our bed) was so comfortable; big warm bathroom, with plenty of hot water. Delia has designed a great kitchen which she invited us to use at anytime...we favor simple breakfasts so the fact that there was plenty of coffee and delicious artisan raisin nut bread made us very happy. We were on business in St. Paul, and we looked forward to returning "home" every evening rather than staying (email hidden)ul hotel. In fact, we were able to explore some of the area's great restaurants because we could drive to them from this location, knowing there would be easy, safe, street parking when we returned. And every morning it was a quick drive down town. Steve and I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Paul. If Delia is a reflection of Airbnb, well then, bravo to this way of traveling.

  • Delia is such a great host that my only regret is that I could not stay longer. The house is in a very convenient location (walking distance to St. Paul campus) and very close to the bus stop of the university shuttle. The room is big and very confortable. I would definitely stay there if I had to go back to Minnesota.

  • Wonderful stay at Delia's! She managed to accommodate me very last minute. The house was wonderful, spotless (even though she was having work done) warm and very comfortable. I was made to feel at home immediately and felt very safe while travelling alone. The range of four legged friends was a bonus! I would definitely stay again!

  • We had an excellent stay at Delia's. She is a good hostess and has a lovely home. Her kitchen and bathrooms beautifully show off her expertise as a cabinet contractor. Our bedroom was large with good storage and a comfortable bed.. Although she doesn't provide breakfast, she was kind enough to have the coffee pot ready to go for us in the morning and offered us space in the cupboard if we wanted to store breakfast foods. That was just right for us, since we were visiting our daughter and had breakfast with her each morning. We knew we were at home when the cats started greeted us and the dogs no longer barked a warning when we came in.

  • Delia could not have been a kinder or more gracious host, and made my stay in St. Paul more wonderful than I could have hoped! Her big home is absolutely beautiful: she has a gorgeously remodeled kitchen, beautiful living space downstairs (with a couple of sweet 4-legged friends), and cozy guest rooms upstairs. There's a terrific deck that I'm sure is delightful when it's sunny. The house is located in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood: great for a morning walk to see what life in the Twin Cities is like. Coming into the city on my own, I was looking for someplace conveniently located that would also feel safe and authentic to the area. This was everything I was looking for, in addition to a tremendously hospitable, welcoming, and professional host. I wish I had had more time to spend with Delia, as she is a really vibrant, warm person...and I bet she has some great stories to tell over coffee. I'd love to stay here again.

  • Delia was a super friendly host and her house was in a perfect location to get to the state fairgrounds (the reason for our trip).
