The space
The space was created by stacking 2 40ft containers on top of 2 20ft shipping containers. This listing is for the upstairs space.
The floor plan is very open and loft-style.
The kitchen has a small fridge, portable cooktop and small toaster type oven. Should meet most cooking needs but wouldn't be ideal for anyone looking to do a lot of cooking and/or for large groups.
There is a 700 sqft patio on the rooftop that only this unit has access to. It has great downtown view and is a great place to relax at night.
There is a ton of natural light in the space primarily due to the "skylight" feature that is also the stairwell to the upstairs deck. If you like it very dark when sleeping and/or sleeping-in, this might not be a great fit. Hopefully the photos will give you a good idea of the huge glass windows on the inside of the container.
This container is in a great location for restaurants and bars and a couple of blocks from the museums. The downside is that it's fairly loud since it's close to a busy street, University Blvd. The road noise is significant; if you're not comfortable with urban settings with traffic and sometimes loud cars, this might not be a great fit.
