This neighborhood is in the heart of the city, close to the "Altstadt" which is the old part of town with all the bars, pubs, and restaurants. Yet far enough to not be bothered with the late night noise of those establishments.
The grocery store is within 1-2 walking minutes, right around the corner. The bus stop is in front of the door to catch the city bus, it'll also takes you straight to the train station.
Otherwise a typical downtown city flair.
