Beautifully renovated 3 storey, mid terrace property. 3 BEDROOMS - 1 WITH A STANDARD DOUBLE BED AND 2 WITH QUEEN SIZED BEDS. 2 Bathrooms. Lovely views of the River. Railway station 3/4 minutes walk.
The space is bright and airy. In pristine condition. Lovely comfortable furnishing and great bedrooms.
Interaction with guests
Due to work commitments I am not always available to greet guests. I am always contactable through the Airbnb app to deal with any issue which may arise.
Other things to note
There is on-street parking outside the front door or within 30 yards. There is a communal green which can be seen from the back of the house and is immediately accessible down a couple of steps. It's lovely to bring a cup of tea/coffee there and simply enjoy the view or give the kids space to play outside.
Only those people included in the original booking may stay.
No smoking in the house.
Prior to departure at the end of your stay, the following items must be taken care of:-
Ensure kitchen is left clear of all dirty dishes prior to your departure.
Put all rubbish in the bins provided at the rear of the property.. There is one for recycling, one for general waste and one for glass.
Prior to your departure all lights and appliances (EXCLUDING THE FRIDGE) must be switched off.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT CENTRAL HEATING CONTROLS (LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN) AND HOT WATER IMMERSION (LOCATED ON THE LANDING JUST OUTSIDE THE MAIN BATHROOM) ARE ALL SWITCHED TO THE OFF POSITION.
Leave towels which require washing in the utility area prior to departure.
Please ensure all windows and doors (Front and Back) are locked including sky lights in the main bedroom when you are out of the house and prior to your departure.
The house must be left in the same condition as when you arrive.
Additional utility bills may be applicable for long term lettings. To clarify these details, please contact me.
From Sep 18 - Dec 21, 2017 the minimum stay is 30 nights.
