Nice place, really great neighborhood to stay in. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in west philly.
The hosts at Pink house are very well-organized, quick responded and very friendly. We found everything same as described and really enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay at the Pink House. We were in town for college visits and loved being in such a great neighborhood, close to what we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and cozy, and had everything we wanted and needed. The on-site property manager was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return if we visit Philly again!
The Guest Suite at Pick House is a great place to stay! The beds were comfortable, the apartment was very clean and the host provided coffee/tea etc. I would definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient to Penn.
We came to Philadelphia to visit University of Pennsylvania with our two daughters. The pink house was a perfect place to stay for this visit. Michael is a great live-in concierge, and a great resource if you need anything. He helped us bring in bags, made sure we were settled and gave us great recommendations for food and getting groceries. The apartment inside the house is cozy and warm (it snowed while we were there - on the first day of Spring!), and the sleeper couch is a super comfortable American Upholstery platform bed. The convenient parking is in the alley behind the house - perfect.
This is an ideal place for a stay in University City - and Philadelphia in general. Walking to Penn and Drexel is easy. The nearby trolley makes a trip into center city an easy trip, and travel around town by car is convenient. The hosts are most helpful and communicative. When a snowstorm unexpectedly extended our stay in Philly, the hosts went out of their way to help us find another night's residence (the Pink House was booked by another party). On short notice, they contacted nearby friends to give us shelter from the storm. I highly recommend the Pink House.

About the Host, Gaston
I have wanted to set up a vacation rental for a long time, and we finally bought the right house to do it in the summer of 2009. We have really enjoyed welcoming guests to the best block in West Philly.
