For us this rental was great! The listing was accurate and the host was welcoming. Our communication with the host ahead of time was very helpful. We were quite comfortable and we were easily able to find what we needed.
The location was a nice walking distance for attending graduation at Yale and so much better than driving on campus when it is crowded. The neighborhood has a lot of Italian restaurants and plenty of friendly people. We sat outside in the evening in comfortable lounge chairs to talk and listen to the birds and neighbor sounds.
We needed a one night place in New Haven as our usual hotel was full of alumni weekend peeps. First time staying in Wooster Square. It was perfect. Jessica made all easy and comfortable. Great find. Thanks!
I stayed at Jessica's apartment with a friend for 2 nights. It is a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and Jessica left us a parking permit. The apartment was "spit-spot" and Jessica had thought of everything we might need. We were made to feel very welcome. Jessica's information and responsiveness to all my questions was very helpful. A great place to stay in New Haven. Betsey Huffman
We had an excellent stay in Jessica's home! Clean, comfortable, well appointed, AC and fans, easy communication, and thoughtful details too. The location is easily walkable to all activities: campus, pizza, other restaurants, museums, etc. Also a short walk from Union Station train station. Jessica provided breakfast foods, sweets, and a few essentials. She was a pleasure to arrange the weekend with! Would be happy to stay there again.
Jessica did an excellent job providing directions and welcoming us. Though I had to ask questions that she'd undoubtedly answered before hand she was kind and clear. The apartment is spare and has cool design features --that alone would have made this a memorable experience. The beds were supper comfortable; my daughter even said she'd like a similar one at her home. C
