Mari's place was immaculate and half a block from the beach. It was in the perfect location, as it was centrally located to all the places we visited. It was less than an hour to Old San Juan, Fajardo (ferry station to Culebra Island/Viques Island), Bio Bay, the marina to catch a catamaran to Cayo Icacos and only 5 minutes from La Pared beach (surfing) and the famous food kioskos and just about 10 minutes from the rainforest. Mari's place was perfect for the family! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. we had picky teens with us, so it was great to have McDonald's, Wendy's and KFC right around the corner. We also managed to convince them to try "pinchos" from a street vendor which we all loved!! The weather was very hot, but the beach breeze felt great and the ac in the bedrooms kept us comfortable at night. I can't say enough! Our hostess made sure we were well taken care of during our entire stay. Hoping to come back next summer!!!

We had a wonderful puertorican experience and especially much appreciated all beach gear and kitchen supply for a large family. Apartment is clean and well equiped. Location is amazing. Close to the beach, El Yunque and many attractions nearby. Communication has been great. Mari was very prompt to respond our questions. I strongly recommend this property!

Everything all of the other reviews said was on point. The beach is a little over a 100 yard walk down the street. One thing of note is that there is A/C in the living room. One minor hiccup with the washing machine, but the repairman was out later in the day. We loved the availability of the beach toys/supplies!

Very nice, clean, and spacious home! It was accommodating for our family size. We were thrilled that it's so close to the beach. I would love to stay in this home again if we ever venture back to Puerto Rico!

Great place if you don't want to be in the busy loud city. Close to a lot of attractions. Overall great space.

Our stay was great. The house is right next to the beach. There is also a stop of kiosks close by with food and shops. It is also a short drive to Fajardo where you can catch a ferry to the other islands or do activities such as the bioluminescent bay. The house was clean, spacious, and the hosts were great. Definitely recommend.
