The space
Hosted by HelmsBnB, this charming home can sleep 6 and offers a comfortable space for you to return to after a day of exploring! It's only a 12 minute drive to Killington Mountain with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and mountain biking trail. There are also award winning golf courses, rafting along the peaceful Ottauquechee River, and an easy 15 minute drive into the charming towns of Woodstock, Quechee for the quintessential Vermont experience. A perfect spot to call home for families, couples or small groups looking to explore all that Vermont has to offer!

Enter through a lovely, shared screened in front porch with ample space with ski/snowboard racks to store your equipment and leave your boots after a day on the slopes. Unit 1's private entrance leads into the kitchen. Once inside you'll find the following, all on the 1st floor:


- Mudroom with gym equipment, seating area, and indoor gas fireplace and your own exit to the backyard
-Fully stocked eat in kitchen -- oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee), nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, cookware, serveware and dinnerware etc.
- Cozy living room with a pull out queen sleeper sofa couch and a Samsung Art TV
- Bedroom with a king size bed
- Full bath with shower and luxurious bidet toilet seat
- Library/office with games and a comfortable work space (if you must!)
- Washer/Dryer with start up laundry supplies
- Bathroom with shower and tub
- Bedroom with a queen size bed

The backyard is an oasis with lush green space and an amazing deck and hot tub. This is shared between the two units.

We have a pack and play and high chair for your tiniest travelers!

When you rent this listing, the doors between the two units will be fully secured. We ask both units to be mindful of other guests and provide sound machines to help with noise. Please note quiet hours must be observed.

Guest access
Guests have access to Unit 1 (downstairs), there is no access to the upstairs unit. Guests have access to Unit 1 and the grounds, with exception of a locked storage closet, basement, and the barn.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
