☛ Electricity in Thailand, especially in Phuket, is both expensive and carefully managed. At our property, like 95% of villas/condos in the area (including ours), electricity is charged separately from the rental fee. This helps ensure fairness for every type of traveler.
Some guests spend most of their time exploring the island and use very little electricity, while others enjoy relaxing at home and naturally consume more. If we included electricity in the rental price, we would have to increase the rates for everyone.
To keep pricing fair and transparent, we separate the electricity cost and charge each guest based on their actual usage
