We have stayed in many houses/apts. throughout the U.S. and Europe and this is the first time we have had a problem. There are 4 beds in the home and we were charged an extra 40 euro for my 17 year old daughter. Before we came I made sure there was Wifi because my husband had to do some work. There was no Wifi! I also booked this because it had a washer and dryer. We could not get the washer to work until the 3rd day, after calling several times, when we asked about the dryer she said it meant a hair dryer which, by the way, was not in the home either. We are aware that the it had no air conditioning and Rome is very hot, yet there was not even one fan in the home. We could not leave the windows open because the neighborhood was so noisy! They are doing construction right across and they start very early. I have never left a negative feedback in my life but I feel we were way overcharged for what we received and I also feel like the description did not match what we paid for. I just feel obligated to let others know this.
