No unauthorized gatherings. We are happy to host large groups, but please let us know if you're planning anything special with additional guests on the property. There is a small event fee for these types of events.
No animals on the property unless approved with pet fee of $150 per pet per stay

Venue is not automatically included in STR booking
Smoking is not allowed within the venue or houses. There is a $500 fee per property impacted by smoke odor or damage.
