Good access to Vilnius an surroundings by car. I found the walking/running possibilities in the surrouding very pleasing, especially to the river.

The house is brand new and the furniture as weel. The house is near a rather busy road but the other side are beautifull fields and woodlands. Communication with Pavel was an issue and he can deffinetly improve there while his English is excellent. An extra charge as we have dogs…

Response from Pavel:
Hello Raphael and thank you for your completely honest and unbiased review. That was sarcasm. And now on to the matters at hand: -> The house as you left it was definitely the most dirty we have ever seen in the 2 years of running this place. There was dog hair everywhere, dog spit on the sofas, and I'm even afraid to mention what we found on the kitchen table. If that's what you refer to as "one of the best paid cleaning jobs ever", then your view on human labor certainly needs to be readjusted. -> Concerning the communication, if you don't understand what I'm telling you, don't say everyone that my communication is "bad". I clearly said to you that the house that you were staying in was for people without any dogs. That's why there was an issue accepting your initial request to host you with dogs. But I still find a way to compromise and gave you the best and cleanest house of them all, where no dog ever step foot before. Communication on my part was kept before and throughout your visit. It would've been wise on your part to ask if we would accept your dogs and if there are any extra charges with that, instead of insta-booking and just arriving with a surprise. During your stay we passed and greeted you multiple times, always asking how is your stay and if you need anything, always getting a "no". So why not just ask for anything there and now instead than to hold that grudge to release upon us in a "review"? Also "bullocks" is definitely not a proper word to use in a public review. -> Our kitchen accessories, such as knives, plates and etc. are bought in a specialized dish shop, after carefully choosing what would match the interior and the general feel of our place. It's not some generic IKEA cheap stuff. -> Well boo-hoo, excuse me Sir for not providing you with a teapot. I just thought a kettle could easily do the same tea-pouring function just as good if not better? Especially knowing that all of the drinks were complementary and provided for free. We stacked up all our houses with teapots after your visit though, so that should not be an issue anymore. Thanks for the heads up. Anyway Raphael, I hope you are doing well and I wish you the best for the future. I'm not ever keen on holding grudges on people, and I wish you to learn the same. Best of luck.
