The price per night (in low season) is $300/night, or $1900/week with a three nights minimum.
In mid and high season prices are $330/$360/night or $2000-$2500/week (please see our detailed pricing).

A fantastic newly built villa with infinity pool on a hilltop in the Caribbean. On the island of Vieques, Travel and Leisure's "Best Island in the Caribbean".
With wild horses, secluded beaches and the incredible Bio Bay, Vieques is truly a paradise on earth. It is the Caribbean the way it used to be.
360º views of the ocean and the islands of Puerto Rico, Culebra, St John, St Thomas and St Croix as well of the lush protected reserv (the largest natural reserve in the Caribbean).
2 bedroom, one bath with rain shower.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors opening up to a private deck and incredible ocean views.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Granite kitchen with gas cook top, microwave/convection oven, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, blender ...
On one side the kitchen is open to a small lounge area with TV and a DVD library. There is a speaker dock for your iPhone or MP3 player. On the other side, a door opens out to steps leading to the large out door living area, the infinity pool with it's comfortable pool deck and an outdoor shower.
Enjoy sunrise yoga on the wooden wrap around deck facing the natural reserve. Take a relaxing swim in the saltwater pool for sunset, dine al fresco under the stars on the terrace, and enjoy a romantic evening stargazing from the eagle's nest on top of the house.
Our wonderfully helpful property manager will help you check in (after 3 pm) and check out (before 11am).
You will need to rent a car on Vieques as all the nice beaches will require some driving. I am happy to recommend car/scooter rental agencies.
At the moment we are not accepting children under the age of 12.
Low Season, May 1st to September 30: $300/night
Mid Season, October 1st to December 25th: $330/night
High Season, December 26th to April 30th: $360/night
Additionally there is a 2nd floor One Bedroom/One Bath unit for rent. Making it an ideal addition for two couples or a family traveling together while still wanting privacy. This unit will only be rented as an addition to the First floor unit, and you will always be the only guests staying at the property.
The house is located on top of one of the highest hill tops on Vieques, with panoramic 360° views of the ocean, the neighboring islands, and the natural reserve.
Monte Carmelo is a quiet neighborhood, and while you are next to the reserve, you will still see neighboring houses.
The house is a 5-10 min drive to the entrance of Camp Garcia. That is the main entrance to many of the wonderful beaches located in the reserve: Red Beach, Blue Beach, Playa Plata, Purple Beach...

We are also offering a brand new 2nd floor unit for rent. This unit ( One Bedroom/One Bath) will only be rented as an addition to the 1st floor ( 2 Bedroom/One Bath), making it ideal for two couples or a family traveling together while still wanting privacy.
May 1 - Sept 30: $1500/wk or $250/night
Oct 1 - Dec 25: $1650/wk or $280/night
Dec 26 - April 30 : $1850/wk or $300/night
Our stay at 360 was perfect. The home had everything we needed - tons of towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, etc. The outdoor space was breathtaking. The pool was gorgeous and the views were insane! Especially the view from the bedroom that you wake up to every morning. The location of the home can be a challenge to find at first but soon enough you will know your way around the entire island! You definitely need to rent a jeep though, it would be impossible to get around without a vehicle of some sort. I would suggest bringing ear plugs too as the live stock and dogs can be very loud and bothersome in the morning and late at night. It wasn't a huge bother for us and encouraged us to get up early every day and enjoy the island, which was great. The outdoor space is why you are renting this place! The interior is nice, but basic. I promise you will not be spending much time inside though :) highly recommend! Annette was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Communication with Filippa and Annette who manages the house was great. They provided info about the house, the area and suggestions of what to do and where to eat. We were also fortunate that no one was at the house before us so we were able to check in a bit earlier.
Annette and Dennis were also patient with us since we were late to arrive at the car rental place for them to guide us to the house.
The weather was great. The cool breeze goes through the house and you won’t need any AC.
We wanted to use the pool, but it was cold.
We were able to borrow the beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful.
Overall, the villa was great. Clean and well organized, quite neighborhood and great views.
What a wonderful home, what a wonderful island, what a wonderful vacation. Kristina and her property manager Annette were terrific. Annette was quick to respond to all of our requests.
The house itself is as described - magnificent views, very modern and breezy, with a decently stocked kitchen, a great pool and plenty of places to sit and relax.
The neighborhood feels sketchy at first. Squatters have taken over an abandoned home nearby. And there's quite a bit of poverty. But we never felt unsafe, and we felt connected to the island in a way that we never would have if we had stayed at a resort.
The island itself is great. Roaming horses, beautiful waters, friendly people, good food. Thank goodness they have not let this turn into one high rise resort after another. It's very special and we hope it stays that way.
One caution: the house is surprisingly noisy, and we're a family of very light sleepers so this was a big issue for us. The roosters start at daybreak. And the dogs howl on and off many times at night.
We would definitely recommend it to our friends, but bring ear plugs!
Dear Shane, we are happy you had a good time on Vieques in spite of the un seasonal rain. Sorry you did not sleep well. We usually get comments about how quiet the house is...but I am sure it all depends on what you are used to from home. It is true that both roosters and dogs sometimes go off when the wild horses passes by regardless of the time of day, or night.
I am scratching my head as to who the "squatters" you are referring to may be. It may look like squatters, but most likely it is one of the neighbors who actually owns the house they live in (in PR a lot of people move in before their house in finished and live in it while the construction is finalized).
We share your awe of this beautiful and still quite undeveloped island. As Vieques is the largest natural reserve in the Caribbean we hope the island will stay sleepy and relaxing for many years to come, and we hope to have you back at 360Vieques!
We just had an amazing 8-day stay at the 360 degrees Vieques house. From the beginning, Felipa was responsive and helpful. When we arrived in Vieques, the property manager Annette coordinated our arrival and gave us a very thorough breakdown of the island, directions to activities and restaurants, etc. The house itself is a little small but very new, modern and well-appointed. It was spotlesslessly clean with lots of shelf space. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil and appliance which made cooking a pleasure. The real beauty of the property is the magnificent outdoor patio that wraps around the property with gorgeous views at all times of day. The pool was refreshing and clean. The rooftop patio was delightful for sunsets and star-gazing. The peace and quiet of the location was its best asset. There was always a warm tropical breeze and AC was not needed. We had a spectacular stay at this property and would highly recommend it!
As amazing as advertised! We couldn't have been happier with our experience in 360 Vieques. The views of the rolling hills, the Caribbean and the surrounding islands are just breathtaking, especially from the rooftop deck.
Annette, the property manager, conveniently picked us up at the ferry and transported us to the house, even stopping by the market to let us stock up on provisions. Communication was great.
The house itself is an architectural gem—inside it's modern and airy and equipped with just about anything you might need. The bedroom setup was lovely. We kept the doors open during the day and slept with the windows open for a nice breeze. We took advantage of the chef's kitchen as well, steaming lobster and grilling steaks for dinner, and making eggs for breakfast each morning. Sunset cocktails on the roof were a daily ritual.
We enjoyed the infinity pool (though the water was chilly!) most days and explored the rest of the island, making quick drives to the beaches, Esperanza and Isabel II. Because of the location in the hills in the center of the island, renting a Jeep is a must. Cab service is available on the island, but it's often spotty and unreliable.
You'll spot lots of the island's famous horses nearby, and you'll hear the neighborhood dogs and general ongoings during the day. But by dusk everything quiets down and it's a lovely symphony of crickets and coqui frogs.
We'd return in a heartbeat.
We are happy you enjoyed the island, the house and the horses, and we hope to have you back again soon. Glad our property managers were able to help you out with your car problem. It is not fun when your rental car breaks down or you somehow end up stranded without a car. Not all the publicos know where the house is (even though quite a few do by now), and as there are few street names and signs on the island, it is not always easy to get around. 360Vieques is on one of the island maps, and on GoogleMaps, so generally the publicos should be able to find it. We hope to see you back at the house soon, and next time without car problems.
