This beautiful historic 1923 farmhouse sleeps 6 and is located in a quiet country setting with front porch rocking chairs, but only a few minutes away from the heart of Clarksville. This home is less than a 5 minute drive to the following neighborhoods - I-24, Hankook, Industrial Park, and is so quiet and peaceful with stunning views of the sunrise. Only a few extra minutes extra to Fort Campbell Army Base, and Austin Peay State University.

The space
Save money compared to hotels and stay at an awesome completely renovated 1923 farmhouse with modern updates and great amenities located in a quiet country setting minutes away from the heart of Clarksville. Save money on food by pampering yourself in the gourmet kitchen vs. going to a Resturant. This house has everything you'll need to feel at home away from home. Close to local shops and restaurants and parks with easy access to interstates. The house is on great popular cycling route.

The house is located near the same location as the old "Hampton Station" market which was popular in years past as a gathering place to catch the train to Kentucky. The old railroad still in use but seldom seen or heard. It is a great reminder of history's past. Some days you can see the old owners of the property taking a quiet walk down the street. They will give you a friendly wave. Sourthern hospitality hasn't left this part of the country. The old garage on the property use to be the district 1 voting center for years.

The house is a wonderful old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. It's set in a wonderfully peaceful area that is on a poplar cycling route.

Why stay at a hotel for $125 a night when you can stay in an entire house built and designed just for you to have peace and quiet.

"Jazz on the lawn" at Beechhaven Winery and "Pickin' on the Porch" both monthly local events that are literally two minutes away.

To make your stay more comfortable, you will find stocked hotel style toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, and a vanity kit.

Also you'll have full access to a Coffee maker, full kitchen, and hair dryer available during your stay!

My wife Shannon and I have been married since 2008 and we have four awesome kids. We are both native Tennesseean's, and we have lived in Clarksville since 2010. Life is sometimes super busy but we love meeting new people from all walks of life. While we have lived in Tennessee, our favorite thing to do is antiquing, and finding new places to eat. I am a big foodie. I love to cook and eat! Lol. I love Italian, Southern, and Cajun food. My favorite movies are: Gone with the Wind, Casablanca, and Nacho Libre. We also live the show King of Queens. I love to read autobiographies. Some of my favorites are Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, and Helen Keller. Little Known Fact: No one beats me in Monopoly. I have a very special set of monopoly skills that no one I have met can rival! The Tennessee Tiny House was an opportunity for us that came up in 2016. We love the opportunity to show some southern hospitality and offer people a home away from home. 5 Things I can't live without: Jesus, My Wife, My Kids, Great Food, and laughing hysterically! My Life Motto: "All things work together for the good!"
