This beautiful historic 1923 farmhouse sleeps 6 and is located in a quiet country setting with front porch rocking chairs, but only a few minutes away from the heart of Clarksville. This home is less than a 5 minute drive to the following neighborhoods - I-24, Hankook, Industrial Park, and is so quiet and peaceful with stunning views of the sunrise. Only a few extra minutes extra to Fort Campbell Army Base, and Austin Peay State University.

The space
Save money compared to hotels and stay at an awesome completely renovated 1923 farmhouse with modern updates and great amenities located in a quiet country setting minutes away from the heart of Clarksville. Save money on food by pampering yourself in the gourmet kitchen vs. going to a Resturant. This house has everything you'll need to feel at home away from home. Close to local shops and restaurants and parks with easy access to interstates. The house is on great popular cycling route.

The house is located near the same location as the old "Hampton Station" market which was popular in years past as a gathering place to catch the train to Kentucky. The old railroad still in use but seldom seen or heard. It is a great reminder of history's past. Some days you can see the old owners of the property taking a quiet walk down the street. They will give you a friendly wave. Sourthern hospitality hasn't left this part of the country. The old garage on the property use to be the district 1 voting center for years.

The house is a wonderful old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. It's set in a wonderfully peaceful area that is on a poplar cycling route.

Why stay at a hotel for $125 a night when you can stay in an entire house built and designed just for you to have peace and quiet.

"Jazz on the lawn" at Beechhaven Winery and "Pickin' on the Porch" both monthly local events that are literally two minutes away.

To make your stay more comfortable, you will find stocked hotel style toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, and a vanity kit.

Also you'll have full access to a Coffee maker, full kitchen, and hair dryer available during your stay!

Guest access
The living room is so huge for a tiny house. It has a comfy love seat and sleeper sofa. A large 49" TV and blu-ray player will entertain you just like being a home. The entire house has been professionally decorated and feels luxurious like a 5-Star hotel.

The kitchen features full sized stainless steel appliances, with vented hood. It has a black walnut live edge bar to work or eat from with two industrial style bar stools. With full sized washer/dryer, you can have all the conveniences of home for longer stays. WARNING: The washer can get loud. It works great though.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with pillow-top mattress and lots of pillows. The charging station alarm clock helps to keep you stay connected. It has a super comfy chair for reading in down time. A huge closet has a enough room for an entire wardrobe and has shelving. It also contains a full sized iron and ironing board.

The loft features two twin sized beds with wrought iron frames and pillow-top beds. It also had a writers desk with lamp and metal chair. The two windows keep it light, bright, and cozy.

The bathroom has a beautiful vessel sink, tub/shower combo, and a small amount of storage in the closet. You will also receive all plush towels and toiletries like a vanity kit, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

All guest will have access to the entire house including front and back porches perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening!

As you exit the house through the front doors around the corner, you’ll find a quiet oasis in a busy city: a fully finished deck area with numerous seating options and a large grassy area for picnicking or a late night fire pit for smores. It is the ideal spot for a barbecue party on a warm summer night.

My wife Shannon and I have been married since 2008 and we have four awesome kids. We are both native Tennesseean's, and we have lived in Clarksville since 2010. Life is sometimes super busy but we love meeting new people from all walks of life. While we have lived in Tennessee, our favorite thing to do is antiquing, and finding new places to eat. I am a big foodie. I love to cook and eat! Lol. I love Italian, Southern, and Cajun food. My favorite movies are: Gone with the Wind, Casablanca, and Nacho Libre. We also live the show King of Queens. I love to read autobiographies. Some of my favorites are Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, and Helen Keller. Little Known Fact: No one beats me in Monopoly. I have a very special set of monopoly skills that no one I have met can rival! The Tennessee Tiny House was an opportunity for us that came up in 2016. We love the opportunity to show some southern hospitality and offer people a home away from home. 5 Things I can't live without: Jesus, My Wife, My Kids, Great Food, and laughing hysterically! My Life Motto: "All things work together for the good!"
