The space
MasterView is an exclusive, gated waterfront retreat overlooking Bermuda’s breathtaking Great Sound. Designed to showcase the sea at every turn, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and uninterrupted water views.
The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring floor-to-ceiling bifold doors that open directly onto a dramatic cliffside patio and hot tub - perfect for sunset soaking. The en-suite bathroom includes a luxurious soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of island adventures.
The second bedroom is quiet and secluded, offering garden and sea views along with a desk and TV, an ideal space for relaxation, reading, or remote work. A stylish hall bathroom with a shower serves both this bedroom and guests.
Every detail at MasterView has been thoughtfully curated, with high-end finishes throughout and a spotless, hotel-quality standard of cleanliness.

In Bermuda Water is collected from the roof tops and stored in a tank below the house. Of course it's important to conserve water when you can, but more importantly we want you to know that we have a state of the art water filtration system, meaning that there is no need for bottled water. We change our filters regularly, ensuring you have the purest water to drink right from the tap.
Air Conditioning is a must in the summer months...we are very particular about keeping our units clean and free of mold and debris. Our Air Conditoners are regularly cleaned and flushed out from our favorite AC guys at NevCo. They are the best!
Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom home, including all outdoor living spaces and the private dock. While the owners reside in a separate, self-contained apartment to the rear of the property with their two small dogs, guest privacy is paramount and will always be respected.
In addition, the owners operate a deep-sea charter fishing business and are frequently out on the ocean or traveling, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed stay. You’ll have the perfect balance of complete privacy with peace of mind knowing assistance is nearby if ever needed.
Other things to note
PRIVATE DOCK: Steps (via a steep incline) from the side garden lead down to the private dock, where you can swim, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, or simply relax and soak up the sun. MasterView has two paddleboards, a two seater kyack, snorkel equipment & noodles.
TRANSPORTATION: Download transportation apps...'Hitch' to access local taxis & 'ShoreLink' to access bus and ferry tickets.
Bus and Ferry stops are no more than a 5 min. walk from MasterView.
GROCERY STORE: The closest grocery store is called 'Somerset Marketplace'. It is a 5 min. drive or a 15 min. walk from MasterView. You can purchase all items, food, liquor, beer, wine etc...
ONLINE shopping and delivery are also available.
AMENITIES: All towels/sheets/blankets/pillows provided and are of the highest quality. Dishwashing and Laundry detergent provided.
