Le Case di Rosie is a charming retreat in a historic Tuscan borgo in Pian di Molino, surrounded by mountains and rolling countryside. It offers beautiful views and an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The restored houses combine traditional character with modern comfort. There is plenty of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and unwind by the swimming pool. Shops and bars are just 1.5 km away, offering both nature and convenience. Ideally located between the mountains and the sea.

The space
Accommodation with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet.
Outside, you’ll have your own private seating area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Guest access
Feel free to enjoy the entire garden, the river, swimming pool, and the playground located at the lower part of the garden.

Parking

The Borgo is nestled in nature, which means peace, space… and a little bit of adventure upon arrival! Parking is about 100 meters from the Borgo.
Street parking: This is the easiest option, about 100 meters from the Borgo.

Parking after the historic mule bridge: You can also drive over a narrow historic mule bridge. The width is 2.40 m, so a standard car fits. After the bridge, there is a spacious parking area on the right, from which it’s about a 50-meter walk to the Borgo.
Please note: Do not drive all the way up to the Borgo. There is no parking there, and turning is difficult.

If you have heavy luggage, let us know upon arrival we’ll be happy to help carry it up for you.
