Lovely apartment in a great location for access to all areas of the city - but just far enough away to be quiet at night - very spacious and well laid out - highly recommended
Iain was very helpful and accommodating for our trip. The house is exactly as advertised on the website. We had a really wonderful week end and experience. Thank you Iain!

Iain's place is just perfect. 3 story town home in central Dublin. Less than 10 min walk to Jameson Distillery, Guinness Brewery, and Temple Bar. Iain has a great taste in decorating. You'll want to stay at the apartment the whole time. Not to mention his book collection, his stocked kitchen, and awesome living room. My friends and I had a great time!
Wonderful place. We look forward to another visit already! We traveled to Dublin over the Christmas holidays and Iain set up a tree, decorations, and lights for us. It was very special to walk into a home decorated for Christmas. The house met our needs perfectly. Walking distance to everything but removed enough to let us relax and recharge in quiet each evening. Plenty of space for our family of four to relax after busy days exploring the sites of Dublin. The fireplaces, claw foot tub, and fully equipped kitchen were well utilized during our visit. It was our first trip out of the US as a family and staying at Iain's house made our time in Dublin feel like home.
We had a great time in Dublin and Iain´s townhouse was the perfect base for a weekend stay. It was really convenient to travel from the airport to the apartment, just take the bus (747). It stays just 50 m from Iain´s place. We got a very warm welcome and a tour of the house by Iain´s Aunt Catherine. The townhouse is ideal for 4 people, it´s very clean and nicely decorated (just like the pictures). And everything works, heating, hot water, kitchen, entertainment system, etc.. We all felt just at home. The same goes for the location, a quite neighbourhood just a 10 min walk to Temple bar, a supermarket 5 min away and the famous pub Brazen Head just around the corner (perfect for breakfast or lunch). We would defenetly stay in Iain´s house again.//Ola
This house is in a great location within walking distance to sites north and south of the river. Bus stop one minute, gives easy access to railway station, trams and airport link . Iain very helpful in providing bus route numbers, routes etc. House very warm, clean and welcoming, help yourself to anything in the fridge and cupboard and a beer to settle in. Garage shop round corner for milk, bread etc. Fantastic projector room on top floor for films and relaxing after day out in the (website hidden) in lounge/second bedroom bit limiting if bedroom occupied. No dining table for set meals so sit down meal is best in one of the many great restaurants, bars and pubs nearby.
Ideal for two people good for three and would be ok for four.
We would certainly stay here again.
