The neighboorhood is really cool and the house is very well located. Really enjoyed the garden and the bikes Brian let us use! Loved San Francisco and will defenetly be coming back. Brian was a great host!
The apartment is close to several bus and metro stations, which is great to easily visit the city.
You will find inside all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay.
Perfect for 2 persons.
The only bad point is the absence of natural light in the living room but I don't want to be too demanding as the relation quality - price of this apartment is excellent.
Communication was easy and Brian was always really responsive.
I stayed a few days at Brian's place after traveling to San Francisco for work. A very nice place- fast wifi, spotless, a nice garden, and everything you could need in the apartment. Brian was very responsive and would definitely stay here again.
Can not beat the value and location if you are wanting to stay in the the Mission, Bernal Heights area.
The bed was comfortable and the unit was very quiet for being just a block off Mission, so we slept well. The garden area was very nice.
Brian was accommodating and we would stay there again.
Our stay at Brian's was fantastic, he was very good with communication, great flat in an equally great location. He gave us really useful tips on local places ( pizza hacker is a must try)
I would definitely recommend and stay again if I'm back in San Francisco.
brian is awesome! and so is his lovely garden apartment. i got this airbnb for my sister and her boyfriend who came to san francisco from germany. they came to san francisco a day late because their plane was delayed due to bad weather on the east coast. brian was totally accommodating in dealing with the situation; he was always very communicable. the apartment itself was great! very cozy, great for two, good for three, and four if you're friendly. my boyfriend and i stayed over one night and were delighted to find that the couch pulled out into a bed! (we thought we were going to have to share the couch). i thought it was cool that brian doesn't charge an extra fee if you have a friend stay over. i only had the pleasure of staying one night, but by the next day i wished it was my own apartment! my sister and her boyfriend adored the apartment. brian left them orange juice and beer in the fridge and coffee for the morning! he also gave them a great guide to the neighborhood and left them his bike to ride around on. the apartment is in a really cute/safe neighborhood that is so close to bart and tons of taquerias (which totally impacted my decision to get this place for them). also, bernal hill is a quick walk up the street and has amazing views of the city and the bay. pick brian! his airbnb is the best!
Vegas and I rented this for Mom, as she was coming in for the weekend to visit us and to attend the Edwardian Ball. The place is darling, with a beautiful, private patio entrance. It was clean and just perfect for mom. Brian was helpful and super nice! The neighborhood is great and is walking distance from most everything you need. Stay here! You won't regret it. Mom loved it!
The neighborhood is great, out of the heavy night life of Mission but close enough to partake. The fact that there was a bike available was great; it saved me money in not having to rent a bike, and was a way nicer bike then the cruisers with the basket and map taped to the front that I would have gotten. The bed is super comfortable, to the point that it was hard to get out of bed it was so nice. The shower has one of those large showerheads that makes water pour over you like rain, very nice. Brian was easy to work with, the key handoff was a breeze both ways. Overall an awesome place to stay in SF.
Our stay at Brian's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself was spotless, equipped with all the amenities we could need, and in an awesome location with super easy access to public transit. Brian was incredibly responsive and accommodating, particularly with our later arrival time. We'd highly recommend to those visiting SF who want a nice and easy place to call home base.
Great location, everything worked well and Brian was easily available, good value for SF I'd stay again! It's also conveniently super close to a great little bar called Virgil's, check it out!
