Jason was an outstanding and communicative host. He was so helpful in making us feel right at home in Vail. Thank you, Jason!
Beautiful condo in a great location, just a short walk from the East Vail bus stop and to top it off, Jason is a great host.
We had a fabulous family vacation in this perfect, homey, cabin/condo. Warm with a fireplace and wood floors, it felt like home. It is about half a block to the bus stop for easy to and from slopes and town. The neighborhood was friendly, we encountered folks walking their dogs and kids sledding. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The kitchen table was great for family dinners and afterward we gathered in the living room for great conversation and relaxation. This is a great place for anyone who wants to leave the city behind and snuggle into a comfortable, warm and welcoming home. We loved our time there.
The condo was great along with the beautiful view. Jason was flexible and extremely easy to get in contact with. He even recommended local restaurants and activities. Five stars.
Jason was always available to answer questions on the stay and we had no issues reaching out to him. Jason was proactive in making sure we were all set for our trip. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and in a scenic location, as described. The condo is conveniently located with Vail village, grocery stores and famous hikes being close-by. We were surprised by how well stocked the condo was in terms of kitchenware, basic necessities, etc. which made us feel right at home.
Jason's condo was the perfect setting for a 4 day solo journey to the mountains! The pictures really don't do it justice! Just across from the pond is a small, but absolutely tranquil waterfall streaming from the hill down into the pond. Perfect relaxation on the deck while enjoying my morning cup of coffee and while having a glass of wine in the evening. The condo itself was extremely clean, very comfortable furniture, and had everything I needed for the kitchen. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting in person, Jason was a wonderful host. He was extremely helpful and was very prompt in responding when I had any questions. Considering that it's Vail in the Summer, there wasn't much hustle and bustle and hardly any crowded tourists spots. For me, this was a draw. That being said, I am already planning a long weekend trip this winter with a few friends during ski/snowboarding season. Jason's condo is just outside of the ski resort but perfect distance to still feel like a part of the scene. I will definitely be back!
The condo was wonderful, clean and modern. Restful and quiet environment. The kitchen had everything I needed like a crockpot. It sure was nice to have several things I didn't have to buy like oil, some spices, condiments and syrup. We would hike every morning, eat our picnic lunch, go back to the condo, take a nap while smelling dinner in the crockpot. My son would fish in the pond and every once in a while catch something.
Jason was wonderful to communicate with. He was always prompt and helpful. The lockbox with the key is a great way to gain entry into the condo.
I will go again in a heartbeat. Loved it. Already thinking about when we can go again.

About the Host, Jason
Welcome! I'm a traveler, too! I love adventure and the unknown.. pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. In traveling, I enjoy meeting the people, learning the cultures, practicing the languages, delighting in the foods. Fewer places and longer stays. I love the outdoors: Cycling, climbing, skiing, sailing, snorkeling, and I use these favorite activities to explore the world. All of this is good, but it's even better sharing with friends! I am a non-smoker, quiet and low-key.
Buenos Aires (Palermo Soho):
I bought this apartment in 2007 with the intention of using it as a base to explore Argentina and rent it out when I'm not there. Once you arrive there, you will see from the pictures on the walls that it has served its purpose! Argentina is a beautiful country, both the land and the people. Whether or not you choose my place, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, and I wish you a wonderful stay in Argentina!
My condo in East Vail is perfectly situated for winter and summer activities.
New York City (Chelsea):
My apartment in New York City is a duplex. One floor is always there for me, and the other portion is potentially for you!
