About this listing
A centrally located studio apartment with wifi and maid service. Pool and Gym access for free in the residence.
This is a brand new building with a gym, a swimming pool on the roof and a reception with 24/7 security guards. You need a key card to get in the building.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. When you go on the balcony, you actually experience the Thai lifestyle. Street vendors selling food mostly. It's almost like a little village in the city centre. I would recommend you to walk around these small streets after your check-in. It's a nice experience.
The apartment in itself is simple yet decorated with style. It has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and 2 heating plates. It has all what you need to cook and eat in & invite friends.
The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) - you'll find shampoo and soap for you.
You'll have an internet access, and a maid service. 3 times per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The building is located in the city center of Bangkok, near Silom road and Siam Square. It's 800 meters from both BTS and MRT.
A single extra bed is available for the 3rd guest.
The gym on 2nd floor and swimming pool on 8th floor
Interaction with guests
I leave my mobile phone so that in case you need anything, I'll do my best to help.
It's central yet very local - you'll find easily street food as well as fancy restaurants.
800 meters to both subway and sky train. There's a cheap moto-taxi right opposite to the residence / for 20 baht, you get to the metro in 2 minutes.
Other things to note
No smoking in apartment please.
For your arrival, please bring a photocopy of your passport - the management of the building is now asking us to provide such document for new guests as a security measure for the community.
For making things smoother, we will announce you as a "friend" to the management - so, if someone asks, don't forget that you're a good friend of mine :) Thank you.
It's a nice residence, and you'll meet mostly thai people living there. As they work and wake up early in the morning, it's needed to respect the very friendly neighbours :) So feel free to socialise and invite friends, but gotta make sure it's not a party!!! Thanks for your understanding :)
I'm french, living in Samui and Bangkok.
I run an agency in Bangkok and a private boat charter in Koh Samui.
I enjoy kitesurfing (as you can see on the photo) and reading business/marketing related books.
