We had a lovely time! Our trip was short and the space was ample for the 2 of us and my 1 year old ( I brought a pack and play). Lorna was thoughtful and had stuff in the fridge for us. Loved the tranquil space and lovely yard, will be coming back this summer!
Lorna is a very generous, nice and welcoming host. She makes everything so that you feel comfortable.
And the place is unique, with great surroundings.
I highly recommend.
Lorna's Airbnb was our first Airbnb experience, and we feel like everything else will now (likely) fall short of expectation. The space was clean, welcoming, homey, and had all of the amenities we needed - including an iron that we requested and she kindly left for us. The exterior is full of character, and felt very cozy.
She is located in a great location that is quiet, and just minutes from downtown Plymouth, including parks, woods, the ocean, and a lively Main Street. Lorna was also very sweet herself, and gave us some great recommendations for live music, and dining experiences. Overall, we had a really great experience and would happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone!
Laura was very accommodating with arrival and departure arrangements. Her house is located at the end of a quiet road with wildlife and greenery all around. The room has it's own bathroom, fridge, entrance, coffee maker and microwave - it's like a mini flat. Plymouth is a lovely town with some great food and bars, we followed Laura's recommendations for the 3 nights we were there and enjoyed every one of them - the fish at Woods is amazing. Laura was pretty busy with work at the times we were around so we didn't see her much but when we did she was lovely and talkative, very helpful in telling us good places to go and has a lovely chocolate labrador. Plymouth is a good place to stay to see the coast and to visit Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our time with you.
Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit eigener kleiner Küche und eigenem Badezimmer. Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Und Lorna ist eine vitale freundliche Person.
Highly recommended! The room is very large, with its own small kitchen and a private bathroom. Just minutes away from downtown. And Lorna is a vital kind person.
Lorna wasn't really around but was really welcoming and arranged it well for us to come and go when we needed. The room is in a basement that was clean and comfy, even if lacking a bit of natural light. The only problem was the noise of the AC/heater, that was just next to us.
About the Host, Lorna
I really love natural surroundings and the beach, and always try to surround myself around positive energies. I moved to Plymouth to embrace all these ideals PLUS the amazing wealth of arts in my community, specifically music as i participate locally in music venues as do plenty of my friends that live here! And now I must add that I am overwhelmed by the most beautiful guests I have been fortunate to meet through Airbnb! May the positive vibes continue! What a GREAT way to meet fabulous people! Musicians WELCOME!! Discount if you are of the performing arts! Guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and a plethora of percussion available... Let me know...
