Neighborhood highlights

Near Warner University, Legoland, Skydiving, great for Fishing. Farmland area and neighborhoods. Safe old-fashion friendly neighborhood. Relax no hustle or bustle here. Leave the stress behind. Total simplicity. Come to de-stress.


Have a dip in our newly renovated pool or read a book at poolside. The large jacuzzi pool will heat away tight joints.

Next day at the break of dawn, take a jog and workout in the gym.

You can spend the whole day at the famous Westgate River Ranch Resort and enjoy horseback riding, zip line, boat rides and end the day with a delicious meal at their restaurant. The rodeo on Saturday nights reminds me I'm not in the city. Kinda make me feel I'm in another country.

Disney is not too far off too, (a relaxed 45 mins drive)
At universal studios, enjoy the experience with its many attractions and shows.

With the Villa being in Central Florida, affords one to enjoy the best of both worlds: country living with serenity; and just 45 minutes from world famous touristy Disney.

Fish in the lake or just explore the waters.
