The Hills Residence is centrally located in Simpson Bay and features a shopping center with on-site restaurants and shops. Within the shopping center, guests can enjoy a breakfast spot, a pizza restaurant, a sushi restaurant, and a French restaurant, all just steps from the apartments close to the lobby. The residence is composed of four buildings with a total of 152 apartments, each offering access to a rooftop with a swimming pool and two jacuzzis. Elevators and free underground parking are available. Beaches, restaurants, activities, and nightlife are all within walking distance, making The Hills Residence an ideal place to stay for both relaxation and convenience.

Check-in takes place at the lobby of the shopping center at The Hills Residence, located on Welfare Road 69. Upon arrival, a concierge will welcome you at the lobby and escort you to your unit after completion of the entry form.
