Our guesthouse is located in the prestigious Ivy neighborhood of Charlottesville, Virginia overlooking the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. We’re within a 10-minute drive to The University of Virginia and downtown Charlottesville and a 15-minute drive to the Nelson 151 winery, brewery, and cidery tours. We're group (ideal for bachelorette parties) & family friendly and can help you arrange the perfect getaway, from helping with a wine tour to finding the right parking spot for UVA events.

Our pool will open Memorial Day weekend. The hours are from 8:00AM-10:00PM. The guesthouse is connected to the main-house via a long hallway and garage, but is quiet and feels like a secluded mountain retreat. We give our guests the privacy they're looking for and do not use the pool area while the guesthouse is rented. No loud parties.

The guesthouse sits on 18 acres of wooded property. The outdoor space is beautiful and welcoming. The quarter-mile driveway offers a great trail to take a nice walk and enjoy the scenery. However, please respect our neighbor's properties and do not trespass.
