We are also a block away from Cedar Sinai hospital which makes this the ideal spot for doctors that are doing their residencies.

At end of stay just put your dirty towels on the bathroom floor so we can wash them:)

For guests that are staying over 25 days we do require a small deposit (amount based on length of stay), we will add it to the stay when the unit is booked. Air B 'n B handles all the deposits for safe keeping.
Although we didn't meet Tristan she was very helpful and she send us all the information we needed to open the house and she had provided a list with all the best places to visit around the neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious and the location was Convenient. I would recommend Tristan's house to whoever wants to visit LA!
This is a rather sparsely appointed but spacious and clean 1 bedroom with a wonderful location, near all the great shops and restaurants on 3rd Street, the Beverly Center, around the corner from Trader Joe's and just steps from a very good bakery and cafe. The apartment was quite quiet, despite being near a busy intersection and it was so nice to have secure parking. Tristan was very accommodating and responded very promptly to our text and email inquiries.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Los Angeles apartment for our Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen and garage a great help. I was able to correspond and work on my laptop with the good Wi-Fi in the study alcove. We had urban walks along Third St. and Beverly with some relatives, had dinner at the Larder across the street and bought snacks at Trader Joe's. The only thing I would do differently is rent a smaller car to facilitate parking. Tristan's communication was excellent. We would love to stay again.
Tristan's place really is all about the location -- which is perfect and central and you can't beat having The Larder right across the street (where I think I ate most of my meals). The place itself is what I would call fairly bare bones and even a bit tired. But if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head in a great location for a good price this will do nicely. Tristan was a pleasure to deal with. Her responses were always quick and positive. No issues during my stay at all. Several have complained about the tight parking spot but I rented a small SUV and didn't have any problems fitting into the garage at all.
The apartment is nice and more spacious than the photographs give you a feel for. It's very clean and has good quality linens. It was the weekend and therefore convenient to just park on the street out front, without a permit.
We enjoyed our breakfasts and the service at the restaurant across the street both mornings.
Terrific neighborhood, w Trader Joe's and SLS Hotel so close by and the best of Beverly Hill so accessible. The place was extra clean. The furniture, though adequate and in good shape, seemed lacking in quantity, in comparison to the size of the flat & photos presented.
The bedding, sheet were very comfortable and luxurious. The duvet my wife is researching how to buy.
The apartment was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed here. It was clean, comfy, easy to find and a great location. Tristan was very helpful and clear with directions for the apartment. We had no problems at all. A great experience for our first time renting an apartment for a short 5 day stay. Will definately do this again.
