  • We stayed in Greta's and David's guesthouse for almost a week and it was a real treat: very nice neighborhood, good parking possibilities, some nice shops and cafes in walking distance. The guesthouse itself is just what you see on the pictures: a cozy really stylish place with all you need. Very good bed, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Greta was a perfect host communicating swiftly and very friendly, she left tips on places to go nearby and was always ready to help.
Long story short: a perfect stay, thanks a lot again!

  • The guest house was perfect for us. It was close to family and as a designer I appreciated the aesthetic. Even though there is "work in progress" going on around the guest house, they have created a special space that is filled with light and surrounded by green.

  • Lovely airy stylish guest house in a quiet neighborhood. Good kitchen to cook (stove top). Private entrance and plenty of easy street parking. Definitely felt like an oasis in the city. Not too much that is in immediate walking distance except for a cute coffee place called Fix. But this is LA most places require a car.

  • This was my first airbnb experience and it was wonderful! The guest house is adorable and has all the amenities. Being from the South we were taken aback to find no air conditioning, but we didn't need it at all! I had forgotten how cool the nights are in LA. We didn't get to meet Greta and David because we were so busy, but it was a great stopping point on our California Coast trip. The only word of warning is the hills near the house! Some of the driving can be treacherous!

  • This was our first time using airbnb and we loved staying here. the bed was super comfortable and that was great being so jet lagged. Great communication with Greta and met David who was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again if we came back to LA.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Greta and David's guest house. The location is beautiful, unique and very convenient to the best that L.A. has to offer and the guest house is very clean, comfortable and private. I will definitely find Greta and David again the next time we are in L.A.

  • We had such a wonderful stay at Greta's guest house for the weekend! Greta is a great communicator and although we did not make any additional requests, she certainly made us feel welcome in her home. It was serene and was wonderful to wake up to the birds in the garden and upon our arrival the space was neat, clean, and very modern.

The location is perfect! We had our little Pug Coco with us all weekend and she loved being so close to the park (a block's walk) and the dog friendly cafes (about 5/10 minutes walks to all the cafes and such).

Staying here made our LA trip, that much sweeter! :)
