This home offers a breathtaking view of Julian and the desert, making it the perfect place for a family getaway. With an outdoor dining space and plenty of room for the kids to run around, it provides a cozy and warm ambiance. It is conveniently located close to downtown Julian and is an amazing option for a weekend family vacation in the mountains.

The space
• Main Home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

• Detached garage has 2 bedroom suites each with their own bathroom.

• This home DOES NOT HAVE wifi but does have very good cell phone signals.

• The laundry room is not available for use during your stay.

• STARTER PACK - we will a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels for your use (under the cabinets also), but after they are all gone the guest will be responsible for additional items.

• No smoking inside or outside.

• No fires inside or outside. There is central forced heating.

• This is a quiet neighborhood, absolutely no parties or outside loud activities past dark. If there are, we will take necessary actions against the guest renter.

•Some cabinets are locked and reserved for cleaning team. Do not tamper with these locks please.

• Septic Rules: Most off of homes in Julian are on sensitive septic systems and water systems. Please kindly flush only toilet paper and nothing else down the toilet (not even “flushable” items). Waste receptacles are provided for all else.

• No Pets

•The house is at the top of the mountain and is on a gravel road. During winter weather you should have an AWD or 4WD to get to the house.
