You'll have exclusive access to the entire three-level cabin. While the setting feels wonderfully secluded, you are exceptionally close to everything:
5 Minutes: Breckenridge Ski Resort (Gondola Lot & Peak 9)
5-7 Minutes: Historic Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife
Close Proximity: Hiking, biking, snowshoeing trails right outside your door
We recommend a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle during the winter months to easily navigate the mountain roads.

Our goal is to ensure you have a flawless 5-star stay. You'll be hosted by Jeff, a long-time Superhost, meaning you can expect a quick response rate and a meticulously maintained property.
Parking: Free, private on-premises parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Check-in/out: Keyless entry for easy 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out.
Maximum Guests: 8 guests maximum (strictly enforced).
Safety: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety.
NO AIR CONDITIONING:
In the mountains, there is no need for central air conditioning, and very few houses up here have it. We take advantage of ambient cooling by opening windows & doors and enjoying mountain breezes. Just be sure to close windows and doors before leaving or if it begins to rain.
NO SMOKING:
No Smoking anywhere on the property. By county regulations, smoking is illegal at vacation rentals, even outside because of fire danger risk. Any guests caught smoking anywhere on the property, during their stay will be evicted and fined $250. If the house smells like smoke after departure, guests will be charged a $250 fine.
NO CAMP FIRES:
With the recent growth of wildfire activity in Colorado and to protect our property and community, we do not allow wood burning camp fires anywhere on the property. Guests that start a camp fire will be fined $1,000 and removed from the property immediately.
PLEASE TREAT THIS SPECIAL PLACE WITH RESPECT:
You’re on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee and we don’t expect you to clean. However, Guests should not leave loose trash or perishables out, ruin the hot tub water or leave an excessive mess or damages that causes our cleaners to spend more time. Any of these violations will result in a minimum $250+ fine depending on the situation.
