This modern, spacious and well appointed townhouse offers value for your accommodation dollar. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom it really is a great place to stay for your next visit to Adelaide.

The space

This lovely two storey townhouse is situated in the 'Gaslight mews' just off Chief St in Brompton, Adelaide SA.
You enter into a spacious downstairs lounge and fully equipped kitchen area with separate laundry and toilet. There is a remote operated heating/cooling system. Sliding doors open up onto a large courtyard and BBQ entertaining area.
Upstairs there is a generous landing and 1 bedroom with Queen Bed. There is a good sized walk in wardrobe and a separate built in robe offering plenty of storage space for the not so light traveller. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan as well as remote controlled heating/cooling. A newly renovated bathroom has a large bath, separate shower and toilet. Other features include:

Pricing is based on 2 people in 1 bedroom. This truly is home away from home. The 'Mews' townhouse offers the luxury of a full kitchen, laundry, and Carparking. It is hands down better value than a city Hotel room and is on the doorstep of all the highlights this great city has to offer.
Internet use is available by request and arrangements can be made to use the WI-FI on the premises. Charges are $20 per gig with no limit on time usage. Please make a request with us if you require use of this service during your stay.

Guest access

A short walk along Chief St brings you to busy Port Road where you can catch the tram to the city centre. The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a short walk left up Port Rd. For those keen walkers you can reach the city centre within a half hour or even quicker on a bike. On Port Rd there is a number of cafe's and restaurants as well as train, tram and bus stops. From here you can easily get to the city, Universities, Adelaide Oval, Parklands and the beautiful beaches of Adelaide. Close by there are bike and walking paths along the River Torrens as well as North Adelaide Golf course and the very popular shopping and restaurant precinct of North Adelaide.

Interaction with guests

We will meet you at the property to provide you with keys and show you around. We can offer you some of our favourite places to eat and visit and we can answer any questions you may have about the accommodation or the city. We are just a phone call away if you do need anything or have any further questions once you settle in. We will provide you with a welcome pack which will cover how to work things and where things are in the house as well as some local information.

Other things to note

The Brompton Hotel is a very short walk. Just turn left out of the Mews and walk one block along until you reach Pickering st to your left. At the end is The Brompton Hotel. Cold beer and a great pub meal!

Plleeaase! no smoking inside. We have applied a $60 cleaning fee for general cleaning on departure such as vacuuming, dusting, clean of kitchen and bathroom and minimal dishes. Malicious and unacceptable mess and/or property damage will be followed up and we will seek payment for any of these incidences. We want our guests to enjoy our place as much as we do when we stay, have a great time and show respect for our property and the things we have in it for you to enjoy. Sorry no pets.

A nice quiet unit on the fringe of an industrial area. No free wifi, but lots of heaters and split systems and one large TV in lounge. Close to a free tram to the CBD but quite a walk to nearest supermarket. A small pub across the road and a few cafes starting to open out on Port Rd if you want to eat out.

Tucked away from the hustle of a city but so close that it is accessible to all by public transport this is a great location. Everything you need for a great time is right there.

The place was fantastic. Very clean and neat, and in a fantastic location. The secluded spot at the back of the complex is a great bonus as well. The owners were very supportive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
