👩🏻‍💼Our awesome caretaker Lita lives next door and will assist with checking in & out, feeding Chuckie (our shy dog), taking out the trash and general cleaning. She has a great sense of humor and is a fantastic asset to your comfort and convenience, please treat her with dignity and respect 🌞

The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom is not accessible without an invitation.

The remainder of the house is shared access, including both kitchens, the dining room, veranda, second bathroom, laundry, balcony and the yard.

Other things to note
Chuckie, our friendly dog, lives on the property, he is very timid and doesn't bark but will eat shoes if they're left outside.

Our housekeeper Lita may also be around during the day for general cleaning.
