We've just been awarded Airbnb "Superhost" status and would love to show you why. Please feel free to INSTANT BOOK your dates and walk to great trails, restaurants, and cafes from your private retreat in Boulder's best neighborhood.
Exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace await you. With four exposures, the suite is filled with natural light throughout the day.
Your hosts are fellow Airbnb travelers and we’ve invested a ton of energy into creating the best possible experience for our guests. From fresh coffee, cream, and sugar to help make your first morning a relaxing one to soaps from the Paya Organics hotel collection, we’ve created an Airbnb experience with your ease and comfort in mind.
Now, about the space. With four exposures and a south-facing balcony, the living area is filled with natural light throughout the day. Lofted ceilings, hardwood floors, and exposed beams add charm to the suite while the gas fireplace provides plenty of heat in the winter months and a wonderful glow in the evenings. During the hot Colorado summer months, you'll stay cool with an ultra-quiet, Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner.
During the day, you'll enjoy Flatirons views from your private balcony. At night, you'll sleep peacefully on a queen-sized bed with a new, premium mattress.
Beyond the bedroom is a quiet sitting area where you can watch cable television and stream movies on a 32" Samsung Smart TV or simply relax with a good book.
Love to cook? You're a few blocks away from the North Broadway Shopping Center where you can stock up at Ideal Market and prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The shopping center also has great restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a ton of other conveniences to make your stay easy.
The guesthouse offers 634 square feet of living space and sleeps up to four people on a queen-sized bed and a pullout sofa. You'll also find a dishwasher, washer / dryer, blazing-fast wireless internet, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and hotel-quality linens.
We special order our shampoo, conditioner, and soap from PAYA Organics hotel collection. They’re made with certified organic ingredients and delivered in modern, sustainable packaging.
We work with Boulder’s premier eco-friendly cleaning service to make sure that the guesthouse is immaculate when you arrive.
We live on the property. We'll give you plenty of space but are always here to help if any issues arise.

We're here when you need us but always respect your space and privacy.
Our neighborhood, called Newlands, is one of Boulder's best. The guesthouse is within walking distance of Pearl Street and even closer to conveniences and attractions like the North Boulder Park, North Boulder Recreation Center, a trailhead leading to Mt. Sanitas, and the North Broadway Shopping Center, where you'll find a supermarket, coffee shops, a bagel place, a pharmacy, and restaurants to make things easy. Oh, and there's Sweet Cow - a new ice cream shop that just opened!
You can walk or bike to everything, or hop on Boulder's SKIP bus line which runs up and down Broadway every 10 minutes. The nearest stop is a few blocks away. You can truly walk everywhere. We hardly ever use our car.

Loved the apartment, it was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is set in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, but within walking distance of downtown. Brian let us know that he was available if we needed anything but was not intrusive. Highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
Staying at Bryan and Jess' house was wonderful. The place is gorgeous, quiet and cozy -- a perfect getaway spot -- and close to a bunch of hiking trails which is a plus. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Boulder.
Treetops is a great place to stay. It is in a really quiet part of Boulder but still close to Pearl St. The apartment is smart and well appointed and we were really comfortable there. Bryan left us to get on with it which was what we wanted but it was good to know he was right next door should he be needed. Thoroughly recommended.
A wonderful place to stay in Boulder! Comfortable, clean and close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
Excellent experience! The guest house setup was great, essentially like having your own house. Location was central, beds were comfortable, and the design of the place was really cool. Bryan was a great host as well. Overall, two thumbs up!
Bryan and his wife were wonderful. My son and his friend stayed at Bryan's place and the accommodations were great. He greeted the guests, was helpful and accommodating and the home was stocked with everything that was needed. We booked an extra day and Bryan was great to work with.
Bryan was great, friendly and available but unobtrusive. The Treetop Escape is vey private, clean (immaculate) with a wonderful location (close to downtown, shopping and the mountains) and a pleasant, quiet residential neighborhood. It was just what we were looking for but even nicer than anticipated. Cozy with a beautiful view!

We moved to Boulder from Brooklyn in the fall of 2013 and have been getting to know this part of the country ever since. We love hosting fellow travelers at our home and we work hard to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
You'll have plenty of privacy while you're here but we live onsite and are always here to lend a hand.
