About this listing
"This guest house is immaculate. The location is epic, enjoying a run on the foot of the mountains as well as being close to the heart of Pearl Street! This is the most organized Airbnb experience we have had so far :)"
Your hosts are fellow Airbnb travelers and we’ve invested a ton of energy into creating the best possible experience for our guests. Please feel free to Instant Book your dates. Our calendar is always current.
Checking into your Treetop Escape couldn't be easier: we've installed a keyless entry system so that you can come and go as you please and never have to worry about a late arrival.
We provide fresh coffee so that you can enjoy a relaxing first morning while taking in views of the Flatirons. And we provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap from the Paya Organics hotel collection and and premium-quality towels and linens.
Now, about the space. With four exposures and a south-facing balcony, the living area is filled with natural light throughout the day. Lofted ceilings, hardwood floors, and exposed beams add charm to the suite while the gas fireplace provides plenty of heat in the winter months and a wonderful glow in the evenings. During the hot Colorado summer months, you'll stay cool with an ultra-quiet, Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner.
During the day, you'll enjoy gorgeous views from your private balcony. At night, you'll sleep peacefully on a queen-sized bed with a new, premium mattress.
Beyond the bedroom is a quiet sitting area where you can watch cable television and stream movies on a 32" Samsung Smart TV or simply relax with a good book.
Love to cook? You're a few blocks away from the North Broadway Shopping Center where you can stock up at Ideal Market and prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The shopping center also has great restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a ton of other conveniences to make your stay easy.
The guesthouse offers 634 square feet of living space and sleeps up to four people on a queen-sized bed and a pullout sofa. You'll also find a dishwasher, washer / dryer, blazing-fast wireless internet, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and hotel-quality linens.
We special order our shampoo, conditioner, and soap from PAYA Organics hotel collection. They’re made with certified organic ingredients and delivered in modern, sustainable packaging.
We work with Boulder’s premier eco-friendly cleaning service to make sure that the guesthouse is immaculate when you arrive.

This was my 2nd time renting the Treetop Escape and it was even better than before. As always, Bryan and Jess were amazing hosts, the accommodations, location, and amenities were outstanding. I can't wait to go back again! I would highly recommend staying here when in Boulder!
The apartment was wonderful and the location was great! The apt was spotless and we enjoyed the deck and bright open space. Bryan was very helpful and responsive. Would love to go back very soon!!
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean and stocked with anything we might need to be comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to several hiking trails, Pearl Street Mall just a short walk away and lots if shopping close by. Bryan and Jess were the best hosts. Friendly, considerate and happy to assist. We would definitely consider the Treetop Escape again. Thanks so much!
Treetop Loft is everything Jess and Bryan promise—and much more. The space is open and airy, with high angled ceilings and honeyed wood floors, white stucco walls and windows on all sides. The loft is tastefully appointed, with just enough furniture and furnishings for comfort. From the balcony, we sipped coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings, enjoying a view of the Flatirons through the treetops. My husband and I stayed here for six weeks; we could have stayed forever.
During our visit to Boulder, the weather changed dramatically—from unseasonably cold and rainy in May, to delightfully hot and sunny in June. The apartment was always comfortable, with lots of flow-through ventilation and an efficient heating and cooling system. The loft affords ample storage, including a roomy closet and dresser, great laundry facilities, excellent kitchen appliances, and an adorable bathroom with a claw-foot tub. The queen bed is very comfortable, connectivity to wifi is excellent, and parking is always easy.
The neighborhood is residential, populated mostly by young families. North Boulder Park, with its grassy fields, is two blocks in one direction; Mt Sanitas and its network of challenging hiking trails, five blocks in the other. For just $7 a day, we worked out at the nearby North Boulder Rec Center, a fitness center complete with weight room, lap pool, and a variety of walk-in classes. Though we cooked some meals at home, we were drawn again and again to Pearl Street, a pedestrian mall with street performers, shops, and restaurants. Some eateries are pricey (we celebrated my birthday at The Kitchen, well worth the splurge), but most offer surprisingly affordable prices during “Happy Hour,” a Boulder tradition (we loved Brasserie TenTen, Japango, and Jax); also be sure to try the lunch specials at Pizzeria Locale—yum.
Jess and Bryan are ideal neighbors and consummate hosts. Without ever being intrusive, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at Treetops.
Great place to stay! Awesome location and Bryan was very helpful and accommodating!
Great experience overall. Fast and thorough communication, nice accommodations - what else could you ask for?!
Just back from my second stay, this time with my daughter too. We were central enough to be able to get back and forth to graduation events but not in all the crazy hotel crowd. The place was as I remembered it, clean, comfortable, light even on dreary days. The bathroom is outfitted with great towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and coffee making. Highly recommend.
