About this listing
Our beautiful one bedroom garden bungalow feels like a cozy cabin in the middle of the city. It comfortably fits two and is centrally located on a quiet block just a stones throw from trendy Divisadero shops and a short stroll to Golden Gate park or Alamo Square.
Our unit is the bottom floor of a three story turn-of-the-century Victorian on a tree-lined block. Surrounded by some of San Francisco's best grocery stores (BiRite), shops and restaurants (Nopa), there are a number Muni public transit lines within short walking distance. A slightly longer walk and you could be standing in front of the DeYoung, the Academy of Sciences, Hayes Valley, Haight Ashbury, the Painted Ladies and plenty more.
We are looking for friendly, quiet, respectful folks who want to enjoy this absolutely adorable and comfy space that we call home while we are away. Please let us know a little something about you and what brings you to San Francisco. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about the unit or the Bay Area!
NOTE TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN BOOKING FOR THE SUPER BOWL: If you are looking to host a party before, during or after the big event, look elsewhere. This is not a suitable party location and we ask that no additional guests be brought to the property on that weekend. This is a great place to recharge from the events going on elsewhere in SF and in Santa Clara (45 miles south of here).
You have the entire bottom floor of the three unit building to yourself with private entrance and access to the shared backyard. Above you, two friendly families (one with a dog).
Interaction with Guests
Either we or one of our lovely neighbors will be able to meet you and show you around in person.
