Welcome to a special cabin in Punta Negra, where tranquility and nature combine perfectly. Located just four blocks from the beach, it is a place where the sound of the sea makes the stay musical and the ocean breeze is felt even before reaching the beach. It's ideal for those looking to rest, disconnect and enjoy a truly peaceful environment.

The garden land is spacious, with 1,100 m² of green space (fully fenced), which offers spaciousness and a feeling of freedom and peace that is difficult to find near the sea. From the deck and garden you can see a nice view of Cerro del Toro, which is our great companion. The deck is a perfect place to sit with a good mate, share chats and laughter or just do nothing and gaze at the colorful sky sunsets and breathe fresh air. (And at night enjoy a barbecue!)
The cabin is designed to make the experience comfortable and pleasant any time of the year. It has everything you need to settle in without worries, good ventilation and an essence that invites you to relax. The combination of wood, natural light and landscape creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, designed to feel “at home” from the moment you arrive.
About 150 meters away there is a small shop that allows you to solve any immediate need without having to travel far. But the cabin is also just the right distance by car from more populated areas such as Piriápolis or Punta del Este to go for a walk to places with more movement or shopping. Being disconnected doesn't mean being isolated: the area offers a balance between silence, nature and comfort.
Punta Negra beach is wide, quiet and has a unique character. It's perfect for walking, swimming, or just sitting and watching the waves. It's even a beach with good wave areas for surfing. The sound of the sea is also the protagonist from the cabin, generating that maritime atmosphere that is sought when you escape from the city.
The neighborhood has a relaxed rhythm, with very little traffic and an energy that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment.
